Bad maintenance. Ive never seen such a room towel in a hotel. It was torn in places. Woman hair scattered on the floor. No doormat outside bathroom. When you walk to the bed after taking a bath. Your feet are full of hair. I killed at least 20 mosquitoes in the room. Rusted hand shower next to the toilet. You feel disgusted to use it after your morning ritual. They dont change pillow covers until they start to look dirty. Stay there if youre on a budget. If you want cleanliness, pay a little more and take a better hotel. Making a good hotel and maintaining it in the coming years is two different things. They did the first and failed with the second.

Experience wasn’t good at all.Issues:Intercom wasn’t working. Even after complaining 4 times.There was very low light which made it difficult for me to work and do my makeup as I had an important function to attend.The AC was continuously dripping water in front of the cupboard mirror. The water wasn’t even cleaned before we arrived.Whatever room service you order, it took 40-50 minutes to arrive.Not many options in breakfast too. I would’ve rather had breakfast outside.Overall very bad experience.

Reception service is not good for checking. I had come in morning 10 am. at that time you get a answer that checking time is 2 pm.I say its ok.when I come back after I finished my work at 5 pm. for check-in. i get answer that. room is not ready. i had wait 30 minutes at reception. After that around 5.30 pm, they offer me room at ground floor. where some DJ songs function is going on. I say to no. give me other side or other floor room becose of so much DJ noice.again they answer that wait for some time to get ready room on other floors. after 20 minutes they offer me same ground floor room and say function will be going off after some time.I really not aected that kind of behavior from reception person.but the way room is nice. but think twice if you service-oriented guest.

We booked 2 rooms.. didnt enjoy the stay.mosquitos, hairs on bed, telephone was not working..everytime we used to visit at reception if anything was required. that too atleast 3 to 4 visit was required to go at reception for same thing. and one of the room bathroom door was not properly fixed. was unable to close the door. all over didnt enjoy the stay.one more thing.. while booking these rooms.. we checked for smoking room in amenities then only we booked. but when we visit they said this hotel is not smoking friendly.

Took the basic suite. It was nice. Needs more ventilation, though.The running water was extremely hard and salty.The lighting and beds were very nice.Wifi was unstable.

Okay it was pathetic experience.First I went at 2:30 and they made us wait. Secondly, the room they gave us 214 while going there the passage area was so dull that we literally switch on our phone torch. Most important the light went off and took a longtime and the AC was not working and so was the helpline number.I literally went downstairs at reception to request even then they didnt changed the room instead send the electrian who couldnt fix the problem.Trust me these people dont know how to run this hotel.

The sanitary condition were very bad...water is leaking.doormat is not clean.bed n linens unclean..room key not working TV not working.. Housekeeping trying to open the room at early morning...How can this Hotel get a 4 star....We asked to upgrade the room they say it is not possible. Refund us the money

Good hotel near North campus Delhi. Food is also good. The only problem we faved was the frequent power cuts and no proper backup to support.

Spent two nights. Rooms have little or no view. Vfm if you wish spend a day or two. Ambience is good. Cleanliness is above average. The drawback is its food and restaurant. Extremely limited in range and pricey. Better eat out some place nearby(and there are many as it is a DU students hub)

The rooms are not properly maintained. There were no pillow covers, furniture walls and flooring have visible faults. Wifi is spotty and the worse of all is that there is no hot water after afternoon in the taps. I blame the management for this poor conditions, the reception staff were courteous and polite.

Washrooms had bad odour. Washroom had no running hot water. Below average buffet breakfast. Overpriced as per services they offered.

The room was clean and very good for the price but they didnt gave us a key card and instead of AC there was just a portable fan. Everything else was fine.

* Staff at reception & even there manager was very rude.* If staying there keep candle or torch with you electricity can go off any time and it may take 20-30 min to get it back.* Mobile Network is very bad inside the hotel you may have to go outside to make a call.*No heaters neither central hot air conditioning inside rooms. You will be shivering if visiting in cold season.* The food quality was also very bad. My mother has to vomit every thing out after having a dinner there. Even though they were helpless to provide 1st aid assistance.My overall experience of 1 night stay was horrible.

Location is good. Property needs a bit of maintenance, we noticed cracks and damages in room. Hospitality needs work.As per the experience, this can be benchmarked just above 3-star hotels but needs to work to be classified as 4-star hotel.

Hotel is located near kamla nagar Market and many renowned colleges of North delhi with ample of parking space.The club rooms are spacious and with great ambience.Cleaness is upto mark.The buffet breakfast was not available due to covid issue although they arranged room dining.The menu is very limited and service is slow but staff is courteous.

It was a lovely Hotel experience and one of the best that I ever had at similar kind of property. We were two females who stayed at the Hotel for two days and three nights and it is really safe. The room was lovely and cozy with Twin Beds, a modern bathroom along with all the amenities including a Mini Fridge, LED, Two comfortable chairs and a Coffee Table etc.The room was pretty spacious and really comfortable and cozy. Our room was thoroughly cleaned along with the Bathroom and the beds were made everyday.The staff was also really polite, quick in service and courteous.Overall it was an amazing and comfortable stay. Totally worth it :)

A very good hotel for the cost. 15 minutes by walk and 5 minutes by battery rickshaw. hotel room is very spacious and well maintained. the staff are superb and friendly everywhere.. the management has to be appreciated for the grooming of the staff from the reception desk to everyone, there is a smile in everyones face and support. the housekeeping are very friendly and well communicative. not much negative except the breakfast might not have great option but thats not a big deal for the cost and I have been in Europe as well, much better than any foreign countries. overall its a superb hotel for a stay , all basic requirements available in premium quality at low cost.

Little expensive but its worth

Although the hotel is built up nice, the staff is the opposite. They dont know how to treat the guests well, and make them feel warm. They just want your money, thats it. I had my fiance come over while I was staying. The hotel didnt let her visit my room due to some weird policies. After a huge argument, they asked me to pay up Rs.1000 extra if I want her to visit. Their policies are driven by money, nothing else. The hotel needs to work on their staff and hospitality. I stayed for 2 days, on the second day I asked them for a bottle of water, they told me I have to pay for it. Its a cheap hotel, with average facilities.

Linen was clean, locating hotel is easy, room service and hotel staff is good n cooperative.

Terrible hotel staff. They will make you wait hours before check in if you arrive before check in time, they dont care about service at all. I got a cut and just for a small blood spot on bed linen they made me pay humongous amount even though its against hotel policy and I even confirmed with the website from where i had booked hotel room if Im supposed to pay for washable stain on bed they said I cant be charged. The manager and staff made it very embarrassing for me at reception and are fraud. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS HOTEL, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I cannot believe the service, first of all when I entered the room the whole room was filled with a smell of smoke, then in the bathroom there was only one towel.. the fun thing I had two rooms over there but someone was checking out so they said we’ll alot it later, they did at 7:00pm!! Great job!!! This was after I called them at least 5 times.. and what can I say bout the shower as I turned it on I was pleased with whole lot of mud and brown water.. fabulous job 👏🏻 You get the mud therapy free!! So good 👌🏻..

Best stay ever. First of all thanks to Goibibo for the fantastic deal. The hotel room was so big and nice view from the hotel. The reception guys were so helpful and humble. The lobby and hotel room was so clean. Lift wwas working fine and they have also parking area. And 10mins walk to Model Town Metro Station.

Electricity issue

The staff was courteous and prompt! Rooms were clean and beautiful. Some of the lights in the room were not working.Wifi was decent. I didn’t taste the food so no comments on that! They had no problem with us ordering food from outside.Vallet parking was pretty efficient.

The Location is very nice and convenient to reach. The hotel is clean and rooms are also nice. But the Service is too bad. A Third Class experience ! You literally have to follow-up with them for each and everything you need.

After a month he cancelled our booking just because he got better deal.Can you really think of his class, greedy shrewed and highly unprofessional. Never deal with this hotel if its an auspicious event of your life. This property and owner is not reliable enough to take the responsibility.

Im surprised that how this hotel is rated as a 4 star property and who rated it? Its worse than a 3 star hotel. The reasons are as following- 1. The hotel doesnt have room heating. 2. They have added water to the hand wash in washroom. 3. Lights and painting in the room are broken.4. Only two vegetables and one dal in the menu befitting the standards of a dhaba. 5. They could only serve tawa roti and jeera rice so much for the 4 star status!!6. The breakfast menu was restricted to two types of cut fruits and three other items.7. Quality of coffee provided was far worse than a roadside dhaba. 8. Overall ambience of the hotel is cold and depressing. I regret to book myself for two days at Grand Venizia, which dont have even distant relationship with Grand word. Thanks

Almost everything is fine with this hotel. Staff, food, Location, but some points are actually need to pay attention: Rooms are little small, specially bathroom. Water facility at bathroom is not appropriate. They are giving Salty water. Please use some softeners to purify water.It is not actually healthy for skin and hair. No Exhaust fan or system which can dry the bathroom area.
