The outlet is located inside the complex and it is quite spacious for a gathering of around 20 people. It has self service and the service of making of the food is quite fast.The quality of the food provided is quite good and one can rely on them for good taste and fulfilling our cravings. The prices charged and food served is quite balanced and is one of the favorite places to grab some food at anytime of the day.

Bikanervala is the name. The place is located at Pvr Anupam, Saket just in front of McDonalds. The service here is quite slow and the cashier as well doesn’t looks professional though it’s the only place I know that opens up early enough to get my breakfast. I love their namkeens and sweets 🤤

Indian food is good, but Chinese platter is lil disappointing, convenient and affordable

A nice Company owned place where one can be delighted by various sweets and bakery item in the ground level and can enjoy meal, food items on the first floor.They do service to the table just one need to book the meal from the counter. Always love their food and the quality. Service was good, but the person who served me has shown the gesture that can make any one comfortable in the restaurant.The food was quite qood as always and worth to make me visit again.

Best place to eat out for vegetarians youll get huge number of options from starting with starters to main course till dessert everything is tasty. Also during COVID situation seen them taking all the precautionery measures of sanitizing, social distancing and encouraging to wear mask which is a good thing so you can go their with ur family and friends and enjoy ur meal.

Service is too late 😔 I ordered chole bhature & Chach both are not good in quality. In the name of masala Chach they added salt only, taste was so bad. I also complaint to their staff.

This centre at Saket is a a shame to the brand created by Bikanervala, Tasteless food even Lassi ordered had no trace of curd and it was two sweet than normal , I have been a fan of Bikanerwala but these franchise given by them in Saket and Lajpat Nagar are defaming their brand as I tried at both places, see the smelly not properly made chaat I ordered. I had ordered lot many food but it was a complete waste! I hope the brand owner listens to my review and tighten the screws of these franchises to improve their quality and ask their staff to learn how to behave!! Appalling!!!!!

Horrible place. Most of the sweets are absolutely stale. One should avoid visiting this place at any cost. They are fake. Their restaurant and edibles are filthy and stale.

Good place to grab quick snacks and sweets. Self service.Average cost per person for food is Rs 150. Nice Place for vegetarians. Lots of varieties.Reasonably priced and affordable.Simple and comfortable seating arrangements. They will also tend to specific beads that you have. Just ask for samples if you dont know the taste. Just be a little patient when its busy and youll have a great time. The people at cash counter can be more friendly or welcoming.Location is a plus point.Paav Bhaaji was delicious.

Staff is not at all friendly if you are standing for giving the order they will first complete their talks that is not at all related to the work, their card machine never works.... the food is okay not so good. because its in Saket thats the reason its popular else its a no show

Bikaner is always a delight place to eat. Pretty much a typical Bikaner around the corner with delicious food (mostly Indian food) and sweets that this outlet is known for.But dont get your hopes too much high as they might screw up sometimes and also be aware of stuff like hairs etc in your food.Other than that, not anything special to talk about.To sum up not highly recommended but yeah can pay a visit if you want to.

Worst service that I have noticed in any resturant of this food chain. The management seemed so careless, they didnt even bothered to retain customer, or tell them thy can pay downstairs. Youd expect more from a well renowned sweet shop in a posh area. I purchased two items and was utterly disappointed by both. Firstly the khoya barfi had sugar crystals which ruined the texture of it which otherwise should hv been smooth. The chakkal a packaged savoury item from Bikano is full of halved gram grains that are so hard that you might hurt your teeth eating it.Id recommend any other sweet shop but this.

Today I ordered onion khachori from Saket bikanervala branch. In Onion khachori button came out from inside stuffing. My 2 year old daughter was eating it. If she accidentally ate it, she could even hold her breath. Who was responsible for that? If there is a brand then maintain it yourself. You take money, that too double of food, after that such a big mistake. Also send photos of button for saket bikanervala branch manager. Not responce. Poor management skills... Sad

Big name but small size servings. The Chhola in Chhola Bhatura is only enough for one bhatura. Same for the serving size of dal and subji in the thali. These kind of places also do not give you the option for buying extra servings.They have maintained the hygiene and the taste. But food has to be served in appropriate proportions too.

Great place for some good snacks and north Indian food, sweets and deserts in Anupam Saket.They offer birthday celebration arrangements as well. You need to connect the store manager for same.Good place for family-friendly and sober interiors with polite and professional staff.

I reached the venue at 9 PM...... most of the menu items were out of stock....the ones available were below standard.... they should stop talking guest if they have any operations issue....

All Bikanerwala has follows similar standards, menus and also maintains the taste. Having been to Bikanerwala in naraina and Bay View in Dubai this can be generalized. One draw back seen here is houseflies even on the first floor. Food is tasty.

Ever since the lockdown ended the quality of service at this particular outlet of Bikanervala (Saket outlet) has been constantly on the decline. This used to be a favourite family restaurant for us but now its like a shadow of what it used to be. The staff is never around at the billing counter and mostly the online payment machines arent working. The quality of food has also declined rapidly. Even the sweets are nowhere as good as they used to be. Its impossible to comprehend that this is actually a Bikanervala outlet. The management lack of concern and incompetence of the staff has cost this outlet dearly. The fact that its situated in the heart of South Delhi makes it even worse. Visiting Bikanervala, Saket is no longer an option for any of us. And it really makes me sad to say this.

Very bad place for family food, worst experiance ever.Food quality is very poor ordered Delux thali.Staff were called to clean the table 5 time but no one is ready to listen.Bagger are rooming around on the floor and asking for money when we were having food on the table, its feel like we are sitting on the road side.Never recommended Bikaner pvr Saket.

Great taste. Good and quick service and friendly staff. Free water available at your table!! Nice menu and variety of food options available. All your south Indian and Chinese at the same place. Both quality and quantity are appreciable. Clean amd hygienic restaurant. Great seating.

This is the newly opened outlet of Bikanervala in the pvr anupam complex. It is spread across 2 floors. The sweet shop is on ground floor with seating and food served on first floor. The seating capacity is decent. They serve vegetarian food which includes chaat, Indian food, Chinese, pizza, continental food. The staff is courteous and helpful. Tried a lot of things here. The pav bhaji, chole bhature and noodles taste good. They also have a breakfast menu where some items are served for only 50 rupees. A good place for Sunday breakfast🙂. The sweets are well made and taste delicious. Gajar ka halwa and rasmalai are my favorites. Overall, a good new place to have breakfast and dinner and enjoy some sweets.

We visited the Bikanervala branch in pvr saket. And were very disappointed by their services. We had ordered the veg Thali that is around rs. 310, and they served us leftovers from their vrat Thali and instead of Paneer served us Shahi kofta which was galaxies away from being Shahi. When I asked about the same to the person in charge, he said apko Paneer Chahiye na. Inko Paneer de do, baat khatam Karo, such arrogance is not acceptable in the hospitality industry. I told him, we are not here for the paneer, but for the fact that we ordered Thalia for a reason and you have given us leftovers and without asking us for the same. If it was not available we should have been informed but that guy was rude as ever. They should really take lessons for customer service if they want to survive in todays scenario. Very horrible experience for a regular person like me who has been a regular customer of Bikanervala since long.

Tasty food. Usually crowded. But worth it. I love especially dal makhni and South Indian food here.

One of the worst experiences Ive had . The quality of the food was not up to standard . And apart from all these the price they had for their item didnt match the taste they provided .But of yes, if you want to show to the world the you are sitting at Bikaner with good lights and clean environment no matter what amount of money they takes it from you , you then definitely visit there.

Though the name has its price... Ordered a Raj kachori.. it was nice and good but expected it to be more flavourful.. as for only Raj kachori they charged me 142 which is quite higher than I expected.Hygienic place but not worth the money.

The usually crowded outlet in the PVR complex is a nice destination for indian sweets and snacks. The pickup point seems common for Zomato/swiggy, not the best experience.The quality of products can sometimes be stale, particularly for uncommon sweets.

Went here with my family for lunch.Tried veg sizzler, chole bhature, pao bhaji, raj kachori, aaloo tikki, chilli potato.Chole bhature tasted pretty decent.I personally didnt like anything much.Everything was average or below average.

The food and service quality has gone down its sad ,COVID has it them hard ,staff who is at the billing counter is also cleaning the tables,reduced staff he said. Well whole shops and restaurants are struggling since PVR Anupam closed for renovation then this pandemic.

Haldiram is better than bikaner ,taste wise and pocket wise also haldiram is nice.

The place is nice with a wide variety of flavours..Their veg thali is good and at a reasonable price..

Its the best place to have north indian and south Indian. They have also option of thali and platters. Best part is its complete veg restaurant. At last you can have different varieties of sweets

I had a very good time here with my family . Even it serves good food.

Cant agree more with the last reviewer. Plus I would like to add that staff are not behaving well especially at the restaurant. I was having meal and they were at the kitchen not wearing mask properly and swearing and abusive with each other in such a manner that customers could hear them well . I am very disappointed and have decided not to come again .
