Totally in love with their hospitality...Went their at 4am in the morning still they co-operated with us....Staff are very good and well mannered....Rooms are cool and bright....Room service is also available....Cost of one suite with double bed along with breakfast is ₹2300.So one of the budget friendly restaurant with best class dishes available....So a must visit hotel.

Everything overall is good , staff is really nice except the appliances are not good frequent problems in kettle,telivision,telephone are always coming up but they get quickly fixed so not a big issue , food is good and rooms are well maintained.

You can rely on them for any of your functions. Just tell them your requirements CLEARLY and sit back. They will do their best to serve you. For our wedding ceremony, we needed specific type of arrangements, as instructed. They supported us in the procurement and arrangement, starting from small little furniture, to the direction of stage, color of flowers, many kinds of dos and donts and so on.Food! Awesome. Both Quality and taste wise! cleanliness and hygiene was up to the mark.Only thing which still makes me hesitant to give the fifth star is, their negligence (which I hope they are working upon) towards ACs and refrigerators. We did not need them so we were fine.In total, a great experience. We will certainly consider Hotel The Onix for our upcoming family functions.

Not recommended. Poor service, lots of miss management, ACs were not working, no utilities in the room provided, had to ask several times. Think before you book. Instead of them go for Mayvilla, same price but excellent in each and every way.

This is a really good hotel to stay in. I liked the cleanliness and the service was also satisfactory. The only negative point might be that there are very few options in the menu considering that outside food isnt allowed here. But the quality and quantity of food is good.

Great hotel. I had a pleasant and peaceful stay. For those who might read this review in the next 1-2 years, I stayed here during the COVID pandemic and I was very satisfied with the precautions that the staff was taking against COVID-19. The staff was limited but the service was very prompt and very helpful. I was staying alone for some work in Dehradun and I stayed for 5 days. The room was very spacious. Despite having limited staff, the food was delicious and they did their best to give food that we ordered. Overall, a very satisfying stay. One thing that helped me was that all local autos and taxis knew the hotel and this made my travel to my work location easier.

The room was spacious but the service at the restaurant was pathetic. The service personnel never gave us water until we asked for it. Food was served without serving glass of water. This is not a 4 star service. My wife suffered from food poisoning after eating the dinner. amenities and toiletries provided are up-to the standards of a 2 star hotel. We are thankful to the front reception person for helping us a lot by giving print outs of our boarding passes very promptly. There are so much arenas to improve for this hotel.

Overall the stay is good.. the room is quite spacious including two chairs and one table as well.. we even got heater as a complimentary when asked without charging anything... hot water supply is there for 24 hrs.. service is little bit slow since they didnt take out our dinner plates even after calling three times..Though everything is good i dont think its worth 4 star.,, it should be categorised as 3 star

A decent property to stay near ISBT and patel nagar area in dehradun.. rooms are neat and clean, with clean washrooms. Staff is helpful if you need anything. Room service and food is just okay. Breakfast hardly have any options and its actually disappointing!So other options can be looked upon.

During my stay at Hotel Onix I noticed that tha quality of food was very good and the way of cleaning the room was being done as per the COVID guidelines. Delicious food , Sanatized room, awesome location. You can see Mussoorie hills from balcony.

The stay in the Hotel Onix was quit a pleasure. We got rooms at early morning without facing any issues. The rooms were well decorated alongwith all amenities. The options in breakfast were moderate but food was good. The hotel having the restuarant service was an added advantage. The overall stay was nice and services of attendants were good.

Recently We had our baby welcome party in this hotel.Food was delicious and service and the other things was maintained.just one thing needs to improve is food could be serve more heated due to winter.

Not good service with such a high prices. Rooms were not cleaned specifically during covid times which needs to be considered. Glasses, cups, kettle and bedsheets, it seemed all were used. Only decorating walls cannot impress customers.

This was my bad experience.. I m also working in hotel Andaz New Delhi as a chef..onix hotel front office staff one guy yesterday evng talked with me rudely in front of my frnd who came from outside. At yesterday nite I ordered dinner in your hotel restaurant I asked to server how much time my order would be placed.. He said polite 15 minute.. Aftertht my frnd wanted to see my room Wht was the problem front office guy said me rudly front of my frnd they ll not allow I said check her ID if u have any issue. But front office guy said me rudely I will not allow.... I want to ask u if u dont knw how to talk with guest why u r doing job in hotel.. Tht front office guy who was in evng dont knw... I ll never stay in dis hotel.. I ll also suggest to all my colleagues thy ll never sty.. If that type of front office guy doing work... I m. Also working in hotel as a chef in New Delhi I knw very well Wht is the guest but I think hotel dont knw the value of guest nd guest respect

Rooms were great. We just loved it. We are a total of 4 people so we booked 2 separate rooms. Rooms are spacious, clean, have all the basic amenities. They have provided room heaters also.

Mr Dheeraj, the only person from the hotel I have met till now seems to be very good and friendly person. Only tasted the soup here which was really good. I have booked a event for 12 Feb 19. Only thing I would like to mention is I left my phone charger got a call, they promised me that I would receive it in couple of days through courier, but its more than 3 weeks now but I have not received.I believe in promises made must be fulfilled to your guests.

I would like to suggest them to open any well organised hotels comments section and look out for some kind of professionalism and courtesy. As most of the comments say, the management and the staff is really rude and unprofessional. I dont know why in our country people with money open the hotel when you cant maintain professionalism and good manners. Not a good hotel to opt for.

Hotel was OK but room service and other things are pathetic. I stayed in room no-204. Toilet flush was not worked for 2 days Inspite complaining about this to management. Room was not changed. TV remotes were not working. Room services are pathetic..Not worth to stay.. Higly unsatisfied...
