Location is fine, rooms were good but pathetic service. Even after calling and personally requesting multiple times, the extra bedding that we ordered was not delivered until 11 at night. Zero house keeping staff and average food.

Food was really good, Hotel rooms were very clean and beautiful and with working heater, TV and Geazer installed. The hotel itself was very peaceful and one could see masoori city from there. The service however, was not so great, but that was the only negative aspect.

I was searching for a good hotel nearby my place to organize a party after searching many hotels I came through it, the owner gave a good deal to me, the only thing I was afraid of the quality food & service but he assured and convinced me for the same.On that day everyone in the party praised the food and the arrangement.The behavior of the owner and manager was quite commendable.A complimentary room was also provided by them, the room was quite spacious and clean.Overall experience of mine was very good. And I totally recommend this hotel.

It is quite a nice hotel. It used to be called Hotel Ananda earlier. Freshly renovated with modern decor, this hotel is really good for business travellers. The food was pretty good. Staff is polite, friendly, and very helpful.We stayed there for two days of which one day we bought dinner from outside. They were quite cooperative and even heated up the food for us. I would definitely be staying there again.

We Booked the hotel under group booking and took 5 rooms for 2 nights each. The experience was absolutely pathetic. I cannot believe that a lousy hotel like this can exist in todays competitive world!Rooms are generally not very clean, they dont clean rooms regularly, Staff is absolutely untrained, food quality bad (we found dirt and stone pieces in our food ) worst is they dont bother at all once you are stuck you are stuck . There are several hotels in Doon and also around this area. So one must definitely avoid staying here and rather choose a better place.We even hosted an event with them. The experience was horrible in terms of service (if you tell them 8 pm they will serve food by 9 or 10). Quality of food also could be horrendous. So in summary simply avoid them.

Parking your 4 wheeler... a bug concern for the hotel management to look into.

All the service in the hotel was fine, but the service was totally useless in the food.

A perfect hotel to stay in Dehradun. Hotel staffs are quite cooperative. Room size is big. They provide hair dryers and Electric kettle too in the room. Room is well lighted and cleaned. An attached Balcony is also there. They also have a very good restaurant. Overall a great hotel to stay in with all the facilities.

Hotel is reasonably good. Food is good. Parking space is in the basement. Spacious for organizing programs.

Decent option to stay when one is in Dehradun. They have got a parking facility. Decently made up with lift as well. Accessible by wheelchair as well. Good hospitality. Good sized rooms. All in all a good vibe in the hotel. The owner is a very welcoming and hospitable personality.

Located in the main city. Stayed there with parents. Room was very spacious and clean. Quality of mattress also was very good. Bathroom was neat and clean and toiletries were available. Totally worth the money. There food was very expensive so we had food outside so cant say about the quality of food. Although we had breakfast included in our package and that was ok ok. However there ROOM SERVICE is PATHETIC. We had to call at least thrice whenever we needed anything. Rest is good. You can definitely stay there.

The hotel is fine the rooms were huge, they provide toiletries and kettle for tea coffee in room, iron can be arranged on request..However there sense of cleanliness and hygiene is not very proper. They can improve a lot on that front.

Stay was very short. But. The bed sheets werent that clean. A little bit more clean would have been better. When I reached the hotel. The rooms werent booked. They gave one room temporarily and then we had to switch again to our actual room.

I stayed from March 20 to March 29 2019 in hotel Alaknanda.I payed the bill with credit card.The amount was RS 22.870.This amount has been taken from my account twice.Even after a lot of communication with hotel employees it was not possible to get the money back.This was a very bad experience and I can only suggest to avoid this hotel.

Very Good room, centralized AC with complete control, room oil heater in room, samsung 32 inch HD led tv, fridge, 3 chairs in every room, study table, tea maker ketel, bathroom with gyser, hair dryer, modern clean bathroom n toilet, peaceful area, surrounded with local shop and amenites.
