My laptop charger was not working.I had to pull/push its wire in order for the charger to get connected properly.Thing I liked the most is that the agent proactively asked me to buy a new charger if the fault is inside the charger because, repairing it will even damage the laptop in future. It shows that they are not there just to make money but to provide quality service.I told him that the issue is not inside the charger, it is just the wire that seems lose at some end. So he then offered me to get it checked first and then decide whether to use it with the charger or go for new charger.I agreed. He checked the charger and found that the wire was lose and then repaired and sealed it perfectly (even better than before operationally). He then kept the charger under observation and checked if there is any fluctuation in the continuation of the charge. After few hours, he allowed me to check it with my laptop. I checked and it is working great.Thanks to him. I will definitely recommend to my friends.
