Important Points before going passport office.* Carry Original Documents ( 10th mark sheet, Aadhaar Card ) also carry photocopy of both so you will not need to do it there.* Keep the change (You will need it for SMS form).* If your Application File gets on hold due to some document issue. carry hold File also with you in next appointment.

Application process is real quick provided you have all the documents handy. Point below can be helpful1. Fill online form and make payment2. Carry print of online filled form3. Take online appointment before arrival without which entry is not permitted.4. Carry original documents like Aadhar, High School Certificate or higher degree certificate etc.5. Photostat facility is inside so just carry the change.6. Keep 50rs change in case u want to opt for sms facility.

Process of Paasport sewa kendra ka work kuch is tarah se hai. Aapko online appointment with date and time lena hoga. Or appointment waale din aap half hour pahle pahuch jao.like if your reporting time is 9:30 then you reach there around 9:00 o clock. Firstly security man will chek your reporting time then he writes in his register then he will enter you. Then they will check your documentation and will give you a special number like N27.There are big LED display where you can see your number displaying. Always keep change for photocopy. Then they will send you in A counter. There they will again chek your document and click your pic and then they will take your all finger and thumb impressions. They will take 45 rupees for sms activation so always carry change. Then they will send you to B counter they will verify your all document. they will send you to APO counter. He is foreign minister officer. This all work will be done within 45 minutes maximum. But you will have to wait alot to meet foreign minister officer. May one or two hours. You can make photocopy from inside area there is a small pantry as well. Due to alpt of person here is a spece problem. Air conditioner is working ok. All area is under electronic surveillance

Everything perfect no discrimination every work done by rules and regulations but those who check paperworks can help innocent people who comes first times specially those girls they think they are minister or what .. always be helpful for others i would give u a advice...👍

All services are good but if in the staff insist you to take passport cover...so dont buy it....Jesa Dikhtae hai wesa bilkul bhi nhi hai...So dont waste your money..It cost it 500 but wo 50 ruppes ka bhi nhi hai na usme sim cover hai

You must have all your documents. Like adhar card and high school mark sheet with you. And without filling form there is no chance to enter in the room. So 1st fill online form and the next day your appointment should be there.

Thanks to the entire staff who took my paper work & finish it early the service of the staff was very fast & awesome.

Well up till the entrance its okBut after entrance the receptionist does break conversation in between without giving any advice or providing any helpAfter that the enquiry is well okSaving best for later

Rubbish service....the girls sitting at the reception show such attitude when asked something.......the officer at the last counter was nice and calmly answers but that is of no use as till then people have already gone through the difficulities which could be solved easily with good commumnicstion

Very supportive staff and the whole process was quicker than expected. Generally, government staff is defamed for being unsupportive but I was surprised to see such good control of things. Covid precautions are also taken care of.

The whole process is very tedious, there are no help desks for people especially who are aged and people who are uneducated and most importantly the working staff is very ARROGANT AND RUDE except for that one guy with specs in the b/c counter area.

Didint gave me 50 rs back out of 100 saying dont have change right now.Even after saying no for passport cover continuosly asking me to buy it.

Very bad experience,very bad and arrogant staff. Nobody helps there and when I visit the office nobody guide me anything and I waited for the token for 2 hours and when I asked that where is my token so the girl said you need to show your papers first near the entry and then we will give you a token and i was like seriously .and I was shocked because I didnt know about that thing. After that they forced me to buy passport cover continously.. Try other passport offices because this office is not good.

Overall arrangement is systematic.TCS employees on document desk force you to buy Rs 500 passport cover which is of no use. Say a blunt no to them when they ask you for it. There is nothing in their hand, they are merely working for the govt for IT support.

Good seating arrangement inside the office and outside office... Restaurant available inside the passport office building..... u can enjoy food during rush hour..... parking also available in basement and outside.... Photocopy facility available inside the passport office and food like burger, sandwich also available in side the office.. Passport verification take almost 2-3 hours for all three step of passport verification for fresher.....overall best experience at PSK, Dehradun.. cooperative staff and officers ....

Worst behavior i have ever seen. Instead of helping customers, they are making faces. Saying, We are dealing with 500 customers daily, we cannot help you.They deny to add surname in the application form, when i requested so many times. Saying -This service is not in our hand. how is it possible? This service is for INDIA passport not for a small client where such kind of small service is not possible. According to them,It is not possible in Uttarakhand.Customer care is saying they can do it but they are not agree to do it. Why should i fill complete form again just because of adding surname. when we are showing all the proofs, why they cannot do it?INDIA is growing so fast and they do not have edit facility in passport application form when customer is ready to show all proofs.

Staff copretive no doubt ..... Tatkal passport seva showing available online but not available in passport seva kendra...after 2 hour officer told me takal not available again take new date and convert tatkal to normal...

Extremely rude behaviour. The staff is underqualified and working just for the sake of it, especially the ladies at the token counters and inquiry. They just leave the conversation open ended and then blame you for their own mistakes. My Aadhaan has a minor mistake and the reps at PSK told me Dekh lijiye Maam agar aaj hojaega to, shaam tak aajayega (again a open ended). The UDAI website being down for several hours the document rectification took some time, and I arrived at the PSK at 2. They very rudely denied my application, and said they cannot process it during the day, and also denied having telling me to come in the evening, and blamed me for knowing all the procedures. And told me to reschedule it. I am i fool to waste my whole day to and come again to the counter. I could have easily took an appointment at the later date if I would have been informed to do so in the first place itself.When i asked to speak to the manager i was told to move to the other side and wait till lunch time, I asked about the lunch timings the lady at the counter was rude again and said I shall be called. Even the supervisor also thinks that her staff is GOD and cannot commit mistake of telling me to come till evening.What are these reps/ execs sitting there for? And what is the job of a person sitting at the inquiry, and token distribution when they cannot even tell the full procedures? Do they expect everyone who come there to know it all? I guess they think that every service seeker is fully aware of the know hows, if that would be the case then these untrained reps would not have got their jobs at first place. Yeah and this is where a taxpayers money is going in form of salaries!

Dehradun Passport seva kendra staff is so rude they are not giving proper information. I was literally so cunfused no one was giving correct information. Very bad experience of dehradun Passport seva kendra Im very disappointed. Govt. Need to improve staff behaviour

A new initiative by the govt with ease of processing a new or renewal of passport.Great place! Very bad manner of treating people who come for passport. No seating provision. No water to drink. No washroom. These are essentials of a govt institution not just service.

Nice office but not present any sign boards outs8de the office. Staff nice and skilled in your work. Time saving here.

This place is not visible from road. There is not even any sign board for guidance for the moving traffic. People have hard time finding this place. Its good inside the passport office but there is no sitting arrangement for the other visitors who comes with passpoet applicant. It took 3-4 hiurs for my friends verification and I had to stay outside the office on floor and stairs. Its has good parking facility. Staff here are polite and humble.

PSK Dehradun, Visited in 2015 to get interviewed for my passport application.It is a small n crowded place. They let in a small pre-designated group according to their booking list. You have to leave bags/backpacks out, so dont take these or have someone to watch them.There are photo copiers inside if you need to. The certificate checking process is simple and takes less than 20 minute.I got police verification visit after about 2 months it was a long wait.Passport arrived 40 days later.

Neat and clean environment...And Helping and Coperative staff...

No sign board outside,No water, not enough sitting arrangement, no toilet.No one is talking politely.Most of people are frustrated because of extending the interview date, people here are coming from different districts after long traveling.Hope govt. will look and public get the good service here.

Expect two hours delay of your appointment . It doesnt matter if u took appointment of 11am your no. Can come till 1 pm .

Settings arrangements not proper in outer place area

No proper information,called them regarding documents they said only Aadhar is required but when I reached there they wanted my other documents also, so after two hour the guy asked me can come tomorrow I said yes and when I went back next day there were asking me appointment message so I have to go there again.Also my house Is 50 km away from this.

Staff try to convince buy passport Cover , which is not necessary and quality of cover is not good as that price 450₹ but office Environment is neat and clean .

Very very inefficient people. Nice place but the problem is the lazy, uneducated, unprofessional people that work there. It took a 5 hour ordeal for a STRAIGHT FORWARD passport renewal in TATKAL scheme. Utter disgrace.

I will tell you all the procedures firstly when you reach , the entrance is behind the building, go to the help desk show your appointments slip and get in if he/she allowed you to inside and wait for the turn, appointment number shows on the display.if you are hungry there is food van outside also having water bottles, its not too good but if you are than its good than other
