Sales person is good but the main problem is if you got faulty product there response is not good and they will tell to customer to call service center if this situation is after using and then product get damage then we can understand but new product itself faulty one even there response is not good worst service support.

One employee was busy with a customer whereas the other was busy with his phone. I would say poor salesmanship.
