Neatly laid out buildings, with some already crumbling while newer ones are coming up simultaneously. It houses a few government buildings including the electricity department and a few private companies like MPS, wowJobs, T.I.M.E, etc. Dont be shocked to find couples in advanced stages of coochy-cooing. BTW, the security is useless, absolutely.
