Great stay and amazing hospitality by the entire staff. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet needs improvement. Restaurant menu is a bit on the higher end. Overall experience was pleasant and would recommend the place to others.

Hotel is located in a crowded place and dont look so good from outside but inside ambience is quite good , with spacious rooms and washroom .Being located in heart of city it is good for business travellers also the room service provides delicious food.

Hotel JSR is situated at the Rispanapul in Dehradun. Although it looks like a five star hotel but when it comes to the hospitality and facilities for guests you would give it only single star.. Dont ever fall for the outside beauty of infrastructure because the staff behavior is not upto the mark. Food quality us average. Dont waste your money here.. Good everything outside location not that good

The hotel staff is not courteous at all.. The hospitality is also not good.. At times there is not even hot water in room and they keep blocking your room key card so that everytime you have to go downstairs and get it unlocked. Would not suggest to anyone..

This is 4 star hotel. Beautiful in designed and decorated hotel. Good Bar and good quality food was available here..Two wheeler and four wheeler parking was available here.. but not so much space for parking..JSR was a good and comfortable for the middle Rich persons.

For an hour, I was in the hotel due to some work. I felt so cozy and comfortable there.The staff was very friendly, cooperative, and understanding. They provided me with all help I seeked for.The hotel has a very wide entrance with ample parking in the basement. As I entered the hotel, it resembled to the Delhi airport. Very quiet, calm, and eye soothing are just few words I can explain it with.The convenience they provide to their customers and visitors is just outstanding. Though I hadnt chewed there, but I am sure that they do have good meals to offer both in taste and quality, and quantity too. I just had a cup of coffee, hot one, which made me lost into the world of coffee plantation.I strongly recommend to choose this place of you need to spend time in Dehradun when you come from another place or if from Dehradun, then you can come here to just check out their services. I was there only for my IELTS exam, meanwhile it was under renovation, I tasted a short variety of food, that was not soo tasty that time, perhaps the issue might under renovation because they had limited staff in the restaurant on that time.

This hotel would make Faulty Towers look so good. The room power points would not charge my phone a/c didnt work, fridge didnt work no Mini Bar as they said there was & expensive for Indian standards, I requested to see the GM & requested my money back but he room changed me not an upgrade & although things worked a tired smelly room. My advise is go elsewhere stay here at your own peril!!

It is situated in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Infront of vidhan Sabha chowk. It has a vey good look from inside. Very good higenic maintained things.. But the surrounding view is not that much good. A brilliant place to enjoy various types of Roasted and Steamed Dumplings. Youll find three flavours in Roasted Dumplings which are Masala, Achari and Afgani along with normal steamed Dumplings. The USP is the taste. Its worth every penny you spent. Use Google to locate them in Dehradun.

The room and bathroom were fine. Clean and neat.Wonderful beds with nice duvets and pillows.The restaurant was a pleasure. Delicious food for lunch, we also had guidance about possibilities, when we also wanted to eat dinner in the evening, this way we had a light meal. The dinner was delicious, very fine service, and the brunch next day was lavish. We can only recommend this hotel.

One of my favourite and most visited restaurant in the city. been here for like 30+ times, Food is very good, staff is helpful, Prices are good.. They just need to add some more variety in Indian menu.. The only complaint I have is no wheelchair access for disabled people. They should get it done asap other than this, Highly Recommended for good food!

We had booked this hotel well in advance after looking at the goibibo reviews. The hotel staff gave us a warm welcome when we reahced there and the rooms were neat and clean. You get all the basic ameneties in the room. we had also booked for breakfast buffet along with the accommodation. They serve quality food with limited options. i would recommend the fellow travellers that whenever they book the room they should also book the breakfast. The check in and check out was also easy and in the end i would like to say that it was overall a nice stay.

It does have some of the features which are worth a visit. But the problem is with staff. Security on the front gate does have sense of respect. But on the other gate the person have no sense of respect as well as doesnt know how to behave.

Has enough space for gathering of around 200 people. Theres a pool on the first floor.The staff is professional but can make mistakes on a rare occasion.

The place is good for those on business and want to work unfisturb. Its value for money and the food is excellent. The complimentary breakfast buffet spread is spartan but will be good enough to last you till lunch .Had the ordered North Indian and Chinese food on different occasions and found the culinary skills of the cook at par with the best There were service issues such as delayed tea, because Ginger was not there. The front office staff is not that trained.
