Bad experience, impolite authority.

I have been taking DPC services since last few years the most annoying thing I have got is staff s attitude I dont know why and I met a girl today in chakrata road clinic she was rude for no reason.Even price & service is more convenient than others but attitude is not professional at all.Thank you!

Their results made me a liver patient from a patient with just low levels of Vitamin D, in the duration of 20 days....haha.Being educated, I could understand that having a GGPT of 225 and very high levels of SGOT and SGPT in LFT is not possible within 20 days. The levels of LFT were totally off, just be careful if you are getting LFT done.Called the person in charge, he was not ready to accept that his calibration were incorrect, because why would he....By gods grace I got LFT crossed checked and the reports came normal.I felt really bad, because I thought about the poor sections of the society who would blindly trust these reports and spend thousands of rupees for wrong tests.If you look at the bigger picture, these path labs have targeted doctors who recommends them. The thing is, getting an incorrect test report would result in going back to the doctor in charge, who would again tell you get other tests done and the cycle continues...this is a racket which everyone must be aware off.Other tests were fine, but I have my doubts in DPC now.

This service is outstanding because of its respectful attitude to employees and a big variety of opportunities it offers...🤗
