Submitted SBI life policy correction form along with documents in Jan 2021 but correction not done till date. No response over the calls. Lazy staff, didnt provided any acknowledgment for receipt of forms. lodged complaint to higher authority of SBI Life.

Served well and answered my queries in limited time.2 counters for helpdesk but enough to handle daily customers.Neat and clean place.Had taken lift to 2nd floor and waited only 10 min to resolve my case.

Sitting arrengement is not good as other government offices

SBI life workers supported us. over SBI life schemes are worst, not recommending to any one.
