Pathetic customer service.On entering they asked me if I want gold or silver and as silver was my need, they made me wait for 40 minutes on a sofa away from main catalogue area and post that frame.They came to me and said that silver is not left and only gold is left.When I said that I mentioned I need silver they said sorry we didnt hear that.The staff picked up from local roads can surely bring down the name of this brand down.I wish I could give a Zero for customer handling.
