A serene and picturesque place away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Well maintained rooms and lawns, gives you a good feeling of being one with Nature.But...the main flaw is in the restaurants services. Many of the things shown in the menu are not available; it took them *2 hours* to serve our dinner after we ordered it. Maybe they are under staffed or maybe they have no clue how to manage more guests; either way, a drastic improvement in the kitchen services is a major requirement for this place.

Its a scenic place away from the hustle bustle of the city and for those who are in search for peaceful weekend. The exteriors are beautiful and well maintained. But it is advisable to take your eatables with you as the in house services specially kitchen are very slow and of substandard qualities. Dont rely on the menu provided by them as it would not serve you even the 50 % from it. Make sure if you order something even after reading this, it should be in advance like 2 or 2.5 hrs. We have visited this property 4 times till now. Thrice for a family holiday and once to attend a wedding. The staff is very courteous and pro active. They take care of all small needs. Special mention to the chef . The food has been amazing always and they also accomodate special requests . The property is located right next to the forest and has a beautiful banquet and a very nice pool. The wedding we attended was also superb. Would recommend this place to everyone.

I gave an extra star just because of the courteous behavior of the staff who were very polite all the time.Apart from this there are a couple of major downsides that I experienced with the property. Firstly, the remote location of the property causes too much waste of time if you’re planning to visit Rishikesh or Dehradun and there’s nothing around.Secondly the rooms were not up-to the mark and had some issues as shown in the picture.

This resort is beautiful.I had gone with my family.The service guys Rohit and Preetam are very good at their jobs.The resort,the rooms everything is so clean and beautifully decorated.You will find a 5 star experience here.I liked the food as well.Will surely visit again

Its an amazing place guys really uh wont believe its even exist in that area because its surrounded by so many trees. That uh cant even think that its so beautiful from inside,nd the resort, ground, vibes excellent, the food was amazing the service was a bit late but its okay we enjoyed the beautiful view.Its great for family vacation and functions.

I would highly endorse Glenville for your stay and Events.With a helpful staff & management the already scenic property located in the midst of greenery is a welcome change to the daily life.

The experience was thoroughly u professional.It’s in a village and they have attitude of a palace.The property manager committed a meeting for which he lied and there was someone else who again lied that he is the owner of the property.

Beautiful resort, extremely nice banquet hall but its very far from the city

The resort is built very well and the space is also good however its a destination for a perfect getaway but youll be cut out from the city so i suggest take the things you would require for your stay, the food is also good but it not like any other hotel you go to, so dont expect that type of Room service at night and all times. So visit there if you want to cut out from the city and home food.

Worst Owner Possible. When we asked for terms and conditions for booking then he says that he will share only after making 50% Advance payment.Who shares terms and condition after taking Money?

Hands down the best venue to host any function to make it memorable and mesmerizing. The owner Maneet is a gem, very down to earth person and helpful. Only suggestion would be whenever booking the venue go with the resorts services (food and decor) to make it more ease and less hastle.Note : Special thanks to Deepak, he is the person who goes above and beyond his work to make guest comfortable and happy.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The GM Mr . Ayushman were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the nature and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect.❤️❤️❤️🌼🌼🌼❤️

Had a beautiful experience staying here for the second time. The team had arranged a special candle light dinner for us which was amazing. The resort is beautiful, rooms are clean and nicely setup. Karan the resort manager takes care of all the request you have. Will surely recommend this place to my frens and family.

The place had a scenic view but everything else was ruined because of the owners weird behavior. They used to stand behind every table and stare at what you eat.Staff was also trained to be at there worst. Service was pathetic. You could have a plate n would be looking for a spoon, Roti and looking for veggies. The same scenario was repeatedly going on for different meals.Only good for a stay of one night because thats all you could bear.A definite NO for an event.

Beautiful resort.... The staff were so courteous and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Karan Khurana (GM), Amit and Deepak who were very helpful and actually put efforts so that we had a relaxing and blissful experience in the resort. They had taken all measures keeping in mind the pandemic, hence we felt safe. I visited with my senior citizen parents and they too had a great time. The property is spread across acres and surprisingly had some lovely exotic birds too. Overall had a superb stay... Definitely would like to visit again.

Very very poor service and experience. Had wedding function. Management worse you can ever imagine. The manager Mr karan was understanding but the owner Maneet and His father Mr Aggarwal were absolutely worse persons I have seen in my life. Not understanding of any circumstances and no knowledge of making guest comfortable. The gala lunch was worse and also the owner and his father were kept staring at the eating guests which made many of them uncomfortable complained about them to us but no use even after trying to address it with them.The breakfast service was really bad with guests waiting everytime for food and tea. Felt very embarrassed in front of family and friends.Worst experience in life and I would really suggest everyone from staying away from this place and the owner.

Property is well maintained2. Christmas Decorations were spot on3. Staff did most things right on the day1 of stay; setting up bonfire, setting up projector, Buffer Dinner4. Lunch and Dinner preparations were really good. All dishes were delicious and were served in the right quantity.5. Lawns are great place to to play games with family and kids enjoyed a lot.Let Downs:1. Overall Hospitality is lacking, where staff is not ready to go beyond to provide unforgettable experience2. We were denied food to be kept in hot cases beyond 10PM on day2, but rather food was left to be cold on tables and consumed. However on day1, staff kept food in hot-case and we could enjoy hot food even late night.3. Breakfast preparation is pretty average and none of dishes stand out. We had Pranthas, Aloo Bonda, poori, Tea and coffee. All dishes are pretty average4. We were denied omelet stating Only Boiled Eggs will be served. I am sure making an omelet would have cost not the efforts nor the money but again as I mentioned hospitality is lacking.5. We requested cycles and intimated a day before, but next morning only 1 of them was in working condition. We ourselves repaired the cycles before we could go for a ride.These were few examples among others where I request resort to look into so experiences of guests can be improved.Overall:Location : 5*Lunch/Dinner: 4.5*Breakfast : 2*Property: 5*Hospitality: 2*

The best thing about this resort is its location and view. You will feel like that you are somewhere in foreign location. Very nicely managed with good facilities like swimming pool which I personally liked so much😍🤩. But at this price there would have been more facilities like- swings for kids, some indoor game facilities because after some time you will get bored as there is nothing to do in this resort. Overall experience was satisfactory. Recommended for family groups.

Wonderful place to be at.. Food is pretty good.. Ambience is pretty good and overall loved the place.. Only thing i didnt like is there was only 1 girl who was serving us though she did her best and she was very good but they should appoint more staff and waiters.

A rather basic resort. I would expect the sole purpose of this resort is for hosting wedding ceremonies due to large open areas but unfortunately, the amenities are very basic.Positives:- nice lawn area- kitchens food is decentNegatives (there are lots):- swimming pool has no maintenance: I dont think one can swim in it judging from the colour of its water.- Unreliable power supply: we had intermittent blackout during our stay. Didnt have this issue in all the other hotels we stayed in India.- lack useful electrical: If you are an international traveller, make sure you bring your own travel adaptor as the hotel only provides the Indian round pin power supply connection. Bring your own hairdryer as they dont supply them. Water heater is temperamental (you need to keep resetting it).If it was not for attending a wedding which was hosted in this resort, I dont see why I would ever want to stay in this hotel.

The approach road to the resort is poor. The scenery beauty is good. Place is elegent.The entrance is discernible, there is no parking place for a moderate to big get to gather. The vehicle has to park outside at your own risk. The rooms are of different size and four logwood cottages. Total about a dozen, which is not sufficient for organising a marriage party. The room lags the basic eminities, the washroom door lock broken, no mirror in the changing room,where I stayed, extra matress provided without the pillows, bedsheet , and no one is answerable. The food part is ok, management of food stall was very poor, the used plates and utensils pickers were without the proper uniform , they look like ragpickers. No one to look after the food stalls and to replanish the food bowls. the washrooms near the banquet halls kept closed even after the party started. The condition of washrooms is shabby, shows poor management. Overall the management is poor. Not worth for the money.
