Its good gated colony in Dehradun. The ambiance is really amazing. Here open gym facility, swimming pool, Golf ground and basketball as well as Walkers route is well maintained. You can have shoping complex and groceries Shop etc inside the colony.

Recently shifted here. Nice ambience with plethora of facilities expected from a Housing Society. I appreciate the efforts of maintaining the society. One thing which is lacking is a Temple. I hope the management will soon take a call for that too.

Over rated property. Except the view nothing is good. Here are few important points you should cross-check before you plan to buy:1. Quality of construction is very poor. Within 5-10 years it will start deteriorating as seepage of water is very common in occupied flats. I am a civil engineer and I can say it with full confidence.2. Layout of flats are very irrational and sometimes laughable. Electrical work is poorest.3. Parking space is very congested. Sometimes you will get parking space such that even parking Nano car becomes difficult due to closely spaced columns (pillars).4. They maintain golf course with maintenance charges from flat owners yet builder has put so many restrictions on residents for using it.5. Maintenance is not done to the level at which Maintenance charge is paid by residents. Moreover maintenance team behave like school principal who thinks their main job is to discipline the residents rather than to maintain the society.6. Two club house for 1800 flats are too small. It is just to show off to new customers to influence them to buy the flat there. Maintenance team just don’t bother to keep equipment and accessories in working condition. Next time you visit just check the pool room or gymnasium for example.7. They started selling in E&F blocks but their C &D block flats are still to be sold. If you want to resell you property, it will be very difficult for you.8. When society will be fully occupied clubhouse will be overcrowded and you will have to wait for long to even get a dip into poorly maintained swimming pool.

Low Quality Construction and Pathetic Services from maintaince

Beautiful society, systematic staff and nicely maintaining different aspects of society like cleaning, parking, etc. Near society markets available with basic necessities like food, medicines, vegetable shop etc.So overall u will feel good to be here and good for those who wants to live closer to nature(as not to mention - will see golf course, mountains from Ur balcony), as well as prefer systematic and chaos free life.

Many people have dogs here, dogs barking everytime. No peace

We recently moved here and they have the worst maintenance agency(Colliers). Maintenance charges are very high but not at all happy experience. Living experience not nice as we were expectimg.

This is about the PGE Apartment. I live as a tenant here. The infrastructure is alluring but only when you stay here you will realise the entire building is made from cheap raw materials. Talking about the maintenance, charges are quite hefty but the output from their end is not at all satisfactory. Electricity issues, cleanliness, management co-ordinating, society connect app; everything needs a big time FIX.People who have purchased a flat here are regretting. Plus the management is biased towards tenants. They thinks tenants are beggars and have no right to talk over any issue. Over all, PGE sucks!!

In a place like Dehradun...where few builders have knowledge and expertise to make quality residential apartment with all basic amenities...and good club house... pacific builders have done a good job...still a lot is expected in terms of seepage control...good housekeeping.. experienced technical staff...but nevertheless better than most...and hopefully the management throw out all guest houses and pg accommodation running in this complex.

This place neat and clean but after buying a flat maintenance charge very high, but security very well and not crowded this place. And beautiful golf course, play ground, club,shopping center and many more facilities available. This place are located very peaceful area,but dehradun city more distancing hear.

Amazed to see this locality and amenities they are providing. My brother recently purchased 3bhk there I went there to visit.Ofcourse golf area is there..other than that TT, Cricket, snooker, barminton, swimming pool, gym almost every facility available there.The green area is much bigger than the construction area.Well maintained ground.Though the construction work is not completed yet, still I would recommend this society if you can afford.The material used in the apartments are very good.The way they use the space is very good.With 3bhk they also gave 1servant room with toilet which have different entry (may be for safety purpose).Washroom have a wet and dry area.Doors are really good quality.Only thing that you might not like is it is very far from the clock tower.I am really amazed with the view it gave from the balconies.Worth your money..

Location and project is ok,but quality of construction is poor and the company is typical baniya who fools and makes money and once you are stuck u will either adjust or go to court. They refuse to listen and there are lot of hidden charges .so buyers need to be extremely careful

Best residential society in dehradun...they have good facilities like grocery store, very well managed cafe and a good saloon. They also have different different play grounds, gym area, mini theater and billards room too. Last but not the least a huge golf area.

Here I am right now and its a huge society with 3 swimming pools, golf course, Independent lifts and secured compound. They have huge Parking and their maintenance costs nothing as compared to the service they provide.You will be able to get the right space for you as all the options of 1bhk,2bhk and 3bhk are available within. Luxurious apartments with hill view and very close to Sahastradhara Waterfall.

From my point of view it is one of the best and affordable property in Dehradun. Sahastradhara is near to the estate where people from most of the Northern states come to take bath. You can see the movement of Army cadets in the area for training purposes. It is great place to live in Dehradun.

Dear Golf Team,I just booked the flat there and I have few recommendations to you if you can pass to the management.1. Please make security room at the main gate more nicer. Right now it is in very bad condition and looks like police choky. It can be done in much better way. It really give very bad impression at the first entry. It has already broken corner and walls.2. The park space behind the sales office please do some nice landscaping. Put some nice structure there or something else.3. Maintenance room area are in very poor condition. Lose wires, moisturised wall, untidy doors etc. Please make that area nicer. For long term solution use tiles on walls to prevent any damage and moisture.4. In rain water goes in basement form the car entry/exit point. Can not you put some shade there so that rain water just drop outside of the ramp area and it does not enter inside.As now I will be the resident of the society could please provide me where we can lodge complaints and give suggestions.Let see if you take action on the point I mentioned.RegardsAkshay Khatana

Buy Luxury apartment & get janta services. Builder has not provided what was promised as far common services are concerned. No two tier security. No proper power back up. Regular tripping resulting in your expensive electric equipment getting damaged. Cheapest possible equipment like lifts, DG etc.

After completing initial towers, the current towers have been fitted with sub standard materials. Fans , windows, wooden work, even the doors are sub standard. They will fool you with a luxurious looking model room. But the finished product that you get is below average. Pls check your apartments before booking. I personally feel cheated. Going to complain about this. Lets hope they get my apartment fixed. Builder finally showed his colors.... Pacific....lol.
