I visited there last week with my wife. And I find its very good for eye patients as all the facilities are available here like starting from eye check up to the last level of operations.

Although the state government is least concern about the situation on the hostipals in there prejudice andOnly one Lady doctors or gynecologists available... pregnant ladies are falling down due to long queues.... administration is very poor if only one doctor is available why 2 queues were made ..when concerns are raised they say plz go to private hospitals

It is one of the biggest government hospital of dehradun ....earlier it was famous for its eye specialization but now almost all facilities are available here ...if you want escape from waiting in lines in government hospitals then it is best for you.......it will save your and time and money too.....i specially prefer this hospital for me and my family as the first choice in dehradun

No cleanliness & not any footwear for the visitors.No water in the toilets. No sweepers..jarurat hai in sab baton par dhyan dene ki. Otherwise every thing is good.

Inflow of patients are very less due to unavailability of sufficient number qualified doctor. There is only one doctor posted in surgery department. Present facilities require to be increased and modernised. Cleanliness of hospital and behaviour of staff posted at present are appreciable.

I went there in emergency..as i had severe fever and vomets. Dr.Chirag was there as he was least concern about the patients..two nurses attended me.. they put cannula in my both hands but failed in both as my hands were swelled and bleed. dr.chirag didnt try at least once to check me. He is so careless...it is gov hospital they should have a experienced and good doctors..if emergency staff is untrained then what we expect from the other doctors.

So, today I went to this hospital with my sister as she was horribly bitten by our pet dog and the condition was really bad., So first we went corronation and they send us to shatabdi eye hospital to meet Dr. ARYA...and when we went there to meet him He immidiatley refused to see her as he is a skin Doctor..and he dont have atticated how to talk with a lady, he was behaving like that he is sitting on a prime minister chair ...I dont know who sanction his license.. seriously these type of doctors are ruining our hopes... Before teaching them medical terms they should take some classes how to behave with the patients... It was a really worst hospital experience of my life and ill never recommend anybody to visit there.... And now i got to know why people perfer private hospital.. Shame on you Dr. Arya..

Worst hospital I have ever visited in my lifetime. Staff is so reluctant to work. Poor facility and even the required instrument and gadget is also not available to check the eye of patient. They need to improve the facility.

There is no ramp for operation patients, there are lifts but it will run only for maybe one or two days in a month, and the operation theater on the third floor. My wife has been delivered here, after the operation, she has come on foot from the second floor. And the stitches are open from one place, even if the stitches were not applied properly, they have been ignored even after seeing the stitches were cut. And the tantrums of the staff are doing us a favor. I dont have the courage to go to the show again and that too on the third floor.

Bahut hi ghatiya hospital hai pregnancy main emergency ka koi bhi equipment nahi hai inke paas..Or washroom toh itne gande hai ki 10 miters tak smell aati hai...

I have come here 4 times for my 2 relative eye operations.2 times operation Dr.Ramola and Dr. Very well done by Chiraag Bahuguna.Dr. The response to Chiraag bahuguna is very good. He is ex senior AIIMS doctor.There is no special cleaning in front of the hospital. Cleaning in toilets is also not good.Sometimes the chaos dominates when the crowd is high.DR. There are no guards outside the cabin.You have to be patient due to limited means.Better than Max, Indresh or other private hospitals than the government system, if not at the moment.

Hospital to Shi hai but Saturday aur Sunday Ko nursing staff bahut careless ho jata hai ... Specially 23nov ki raat wala nursing staff. Jao jaroor par nursing me kuch nurses ko tight karen.
