Hello to all, Let me start from the beginning. The hotel is was easy to find as it was situated near the main road. Parking facility was also there. Hotel staff was was soft-spoken & professional. Room provided to me was clean & hygiene. Everything was there in the room except the sleepers for that I had to call the recipient overall. It was a pleasant stay. I would like to rate it 9/10. Recommended everyone to stay at the property. Since,it is one of the best in the city.

Room fresheners every where. This is how they hide unhygienic condition of the hotel. No ventilation, no fans over there. U can easily get a good hotel with much better facilities at half its price. Guys pls dont fall prey to fake reviews as the pics are also dine with beauty apps to hide real images. Rest its up to u whether u want to waste money. Better go for some other better hotel with much lower charges

Nice Property. Well maintained. Cooperative and polite staff. Breakfast buffet is good. Everything is fine. Windows in rooms are not openable making rooms little suffocating smelling.

Hotel Solitaire is an aptly located, well built luxury hotel for your family. Its the perfect destination whether you are visiting dehradun or travelling further to another destination. Owner of this hotel , Naman is an extremely hospitable guy. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is amazing too. Worth a visit for you or your family and friends !

Rooms are clean, big and spacious. Complimentary breakfast has limited options. Overall satisfactory stay. Nothing premium for the price we paid.

Rooms are not proper not rven with fan. The housekeeping staff cleans your room in your absence also and when you have not asked for. Not safe. May be ok for big gatherings ad they are unable to serve the people who need Perfection. Pethetic and non Recommended.

Nice Hotel with good ambient. Staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and well managed. I visited the hotel during covid pandemic and the management maintained the precautions very well.

Very good stay overall, polite and helpful staff with quick turnaround to each request. The rooms are clean and decent with all necessary amenities (slightly semi-modern look), definitely worth the price. The slight issue I faced was that the bedsheets were a little wet on the 3rd night, however was resolved quickly.

Hotel staff is very cool and cooperative. Cleanliness and upkeep is excellent. Manager is very understanding. We stayed for a day only but relish the memory.

Rooms are spacious with sufficient amenities and toiletries. The property has ample space for sitting outside and enjoy tea and snacks. The sofa sets at each floor and balcony makes it perfect for sit out. Coming to fooding, the dinner is menu based and has variety of dishes and breads and taste is delicious however starters may be added to the menu which is missing. The breakfast is buffet and lots of option to choose from and this also makes it tasty. Overall stay was comfortable and ambiance of the hotel is excellent and the staff is supportive.

Very poor services, for married couples they are alloting twins room on pre booking as well. Rubbish food. Arrogant staff. They will not attend the guest,specially if they guest have prior online booking through goibibo,makemy trip etc.. Highly non recomendable.

I went in summers of june 2021 for my cousion’s wedding. And they were keep switching off air conditioners inspite of several complaints to them. They are thiefs. Very bad hotel. Very bad service. They do not listen to your complaints. Customer is nothing for them. They don’t value their customers. Not at all recommended

I recently (27th Feb) booked this banquet hall of The solitaire for ring ceremony at the price of 1Lakh for Gathering of 60packs (60 to 70 by the promise of anoop). At the time of booking the promises made was big, Anoop (sales guy) promises that if there would be few extra guests we can Accommodate them without any extra cost/plates. But on my surprise what they did is that the moment they saw that 60 plates was used (not necessary for the full meal but for starters Or even if some one get the plates for any other use they will consider it to be used for the full meal) they straight away said no for further plates (unless we do not pay RS.1300/plate for all veg items which should not be more than 700₹/plate).Another unprofessional approach was that they do not let you in the banquet unless you do not pay them full in advance. Otherwise They will embarrass you during the event at least 100 times. They do not give any choice to tighten your grip on them by taking all the funds in advance , so that they can deliver poor services to you and get maximum margin.Quality of decoration was pathetic, they charge hefty amount and will present a out of the world decoration at the time on booking (in imagination) but when it comes to final decoration they will use all 10 times used 3rd class duplicate plastic flowers and just few (less than 10%) originals on your round tables.Over all experience is disappointing. Certainly not recommended.

Good Hotel for stay and weddings, attended a wedding over 2 days and food was nice, supportive staff with efficient service. Location is also good, because of road construction a little bumpy entry

Also they have there own swimming pool 🏊 which can also used for pools party..They have there own DJs so which complete your function by there awesome sounds of music..As this hotel is in Dehradun then you will love the all near by place and also Masuri is 35 kilometres from this hotel..Also The Solitaire hotel offers good varieties of drinks..If you were in Dehradun then I advise you to live here for once...As its a Four star hotel but its not much costly to live here for your holiday..It will become a memorable holiday for you..Its Resturaent serve you a delicious food with full accurance of hygiene which were served by there well mannered staff, which you can enjoy in there beautiful ambiance of there hotel...Thanks...

Rooms were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and attentive specially (Aman the F&B assistant manager)

Its a 3 star hotel well designed and crafted, situated just beside the main fly over of Doon.

Place was good to stay but they should have been their own cab service for pickup and delivery.. because in hill station its pretty hard to find Ola or Uber.. Apart from this everything was fine..

I visited this place during unlock process, I was here for official work. Upon arrival my documents were checked. Coming to the property -This is the one of best property I have been in, rooms are very spacious, Hotel has got nice dine in area with high ceiling and glass windows, There is conference hall , and another dine-in area at first floor. Since all the rooms are non smoking rooms, You have to come out in smoking zone. and if you are in Uttarakhand what else can be best view than Sun setting behind mountains and your smoking zone/common floor balcony is facing it.coming to the food - food is delicious, there are options available, staff is courteous,and most important from all of the above there is cleanliness,I would like to specially mention Miss.Swati from front desk who helped during booking as well as throught out my stay.

Location- Hotel is surrounded by small agricultural land so you will find peace and privacy while your stay. Decathlon, Petrol pump and wine shop😉 is next to hotel so good connectivity for essential things.Rooms- rooms are clean and neat, house keeping staff is ready to clean room anytime. Hitter, Shower, lamps all are upgraded.Staff - Staff is very polite and happy to help you. Specially Mr NIKHIL VARMA ( reception desk ) and Mr. JITENDRA RANA ( buffet and restaurant) ready to help you any time with smile without breaking professional protocol of hotel.Food- Food is excellent must try Shahi Chicken Korma. Only need to change is shuffling of buffet menu ( I m staying here more than a week) if someone staying 1 or 2 days then they wont face this problem.Gym- gym is not up to the mark as other facilities and no review for swimming pool because its closed due to winter but adult pool dept is look good for swimmers.

The place is coming up alive again as the covid is goong down and are to provide more services.Food is good with sensitive staff.just wish the approach road to the hotel was better.

Occupants are taken very good care with utmost cleanliness and safe environment. Food can improve in quality and quantity. Hospitality, food and service was on point. We were glad that our room was upgraded from premier to executive suite room.

I chose this hotel for my institutional quarantine after coming from Bangalore as I knew it would be a great experience. The hotel room was expectional and food was tasty. The only issue was internet, which was very inconsistent and I had to use my 4g for working. That why deducted 1 star. They thoroughly follow government guidelines for quarantine travellers and room service was quite good.

I chose this hotel for my Institutional quarantine. Great service with a spacious room. The food was also nice. My only issue was the inconsistent wifi and less TV channels. Overall it was a great deal under the present circumstances.

I stayed here during my quarentine, the food was amazing and delicious, only veg food was given during the quarentine period, but we could order non veg at an additional cost. The staff was good, specially the front office female who helped me during the check in nd check out time..nd with all the necessary paperwork.

While hotel is nice and staff is good but wont advise for marriage purposes. Hotel management team suffers from hostages syndrome. If they want to tell you something they will inform you when all thr guests are in. Like asking for remaining 20% payment after taking 80% in advance. They will inform you a night before the function but once all guests are in that they can execute the function or when barat has arrived then they inform that by # of pax they mean number of plates and not number of persons. World’s only place where pax means plates and not persons.

The air is very good here and the clearness also reminds us of the mountain road accessory. Very good place for cycling.

Good Place to visit for Parties and Stay. I attended a Wedding reception there was beautifully decorated and the staff was professional. Ambience was good.Parking Facility Is available but felt short for a big events like marriage.

We were visiting Dehradun for work purpose and got a good deal at The Solitaire. There was a very little occupancy but that did not impact us in any manner. We got our meals on time and the food was good. The staff is courteous. The manager Sushma is a thorough professional. She approaches and interacts with the guests daily in the dining area and seeks their feedback. She also provided us with a GST invoice though we had missed indicating the same during the booking process and also explained the team at the reception how to do so next time a customer requests the same. Since we were on a business trip, the location of the hotel did not matter much. The property is located next to a flyover and had sugarcane crop on the backside along with a few houses. Not much to do around the hotel but then there are plenty of places to see in Dehradun.

Stayed here for a wedding. Very spacious rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful, but they require more training in professional hotel management behaviour ;)) (seems to be a pretty young hotel).. Also we couldnt understand why they issued only one key card per room, despite double occupancy - that made it a little inconvenient. Breakfast buffet is quite nice ! All in all, I would return here and do recommend the place.

We stayed there for a day, the stay was amazing although the food menu as well as drinks were limited, the phone line in my room had some technical issue , overall the stay was awesome and would love to visits again.
