Good hotel.The room 210 we stayed was 2 ×2bed room but without any window.Only door was the opening.No natural light.and proper ventilation.Otherwise staff is attentive,fast and quick service.

As per the charge their service is very poor.No TCM set in the room dirty linens tv not working dirty walls..torned towel provided no hasndwash in the bathroom either you have to buy your own or have to use the same soap for hand wash and bathing and the front office executive was very rude. Very unprofessional he was like illiterate boy. Very aarogant its like this hotel owner has earned a lots of money thats why he hired someone at the reception who even not greet guests and behaves like a fool. Will not prefer or suggest anyone to stay no parking available no restaurant service. Very unhigenic property.

Good place to spend your night at. Good staff, clean and hygienic rooms. Parking is a bit messy as your vehicle will be littered with bird droppings like theres no tomorrow! But rest of the things are going for it. Food served is OK. You can have your fill here if you are tired from the journey and dont want to go out side. A very nice place for those travelling on a budget. 5 out of 10 rating, one point cut for the messy parking.. Safe place though.

Clean rooms, quick room service and all the facilitiesThe staff was very cooperative. 5 stars because when i forgot some belongings in my room. Later on calling they confirmed it. When i got to pick it up again , they said very gently that Sir we keep every belongings of the customers with us. No worries.That was a good gesture by the hotel staff!!I recommend it to others too!

They gave me room no 206 when I checked in at 6.30 in the evening where the boiler wasnt working( the same room had this problem in 2017 too when I stayed here)and when I complained then they simply made an excuse that the client today morning must have damaged it!...wasnt it their duty to have it repaired before alloting it to another customer?...I asked for another room and they gave me an even worse room no 202 where there were 2 small cockroaches roaming around ,there was dirt beneath the bed and importantly no charging plug for mobile phones!....there was only one plug and that was connected to the tv..for a person like me coming from a Himalayan mountain trek where there is no internet and obviously no charging facilities this was nothing short of scandalous..further they didnt even provide a towel and soap and I had to call housekeeping at 5 am next morning for it since I had to checkout and leave for the airport..for your information their services have worsened in the last year or so since this is the only hotel I have stayed in dehradun since 31st December 2015..and have stayed there every year since then because I come to dehradun for trekking in various places in uttarakhand...this was definitely the last time I stayed there.not again.

I am staying in this Hotel from last 3 years. I found Hotel Staff is very cooperative and Service is Fantastic. Managers behaviour ls like a family members. Net & Clean Hotel and also near Railway station.

The location is the main plus point: located on Darshani Gate, Paltan Bazar, just @ 400 meters from Dehradun Railway Station. The family suite is big in size with a big bathroom. Staff, particularly the front desk and, restaurant and room service staff is helpful and courteous. Food is delicious. But breakfast needs to have some choices. Cleanliness and maintenance need to be given their due weightage. There are cracks in bathroom, and linen and towels have lots of stains. Even the drain pipe of wash basin is damaged one. Foul smell from bathroom, particularly when exhaust fan is on,makes one uneasy. No windows and no ventilation makes it more uncomfortable. The explanation that the suite has been designated to be sound proof does not seem to be right as the smell ruins the planning. The AC is not sufficient for the very big size family suite and needs to be augmented in size or supplemented with another AC.

Nice and decent place for halt. They provide restaurant facility also on the ground floor. It it about 50 steps from dehradun railway station, you dont have to take any auto or rikshaw if you dont have any luggage.

Hotel located at Darshini gate. Good staff.. cozy rooms and good food... you can reach by car easily if you are moving towards railway station, however if you are coming from railway station side then travel around 2 km to take a U turn to reach the Hotel.

A good budget hotel, walking distance from the railway station and next to the market area. The location is not really upmarket but makes up due to the facilities around. Its an oyo branded hotel. The bedding, room and toilet were clean with common areas quite elegant. Room service is available and the food items are a hit and miss, though good value for money. Theres also a restaurant on the ground floor. Recommended for a pit stop.

Rooms has very less space. At the time of check in they used to ask through which website you have booked your reservation. Based on that they treat you. If u booked through a cheaper website than their normal rates they will add some taxes and many other things in your bill and they will compensate the money. Bathrooms needs to improve. Room service & staff boys behaviour was appreciable but managers behaviour was not satisfactory. Receptionist was totally unprofessional. He doesnt even know how to talk.

The hotel is at a great location. The station is very close. The hotel is situated in one of the byelanes opposite station, hence you wont be disturbed by traffic. The hotel marks the starting on Paltan Bazar, which is the main tourist attraction. The room doesnt have view or so, but is spacious, clean and nice overall.

Conveniently located near Dehradun railway station (just 200 m away) it provides superb amenities at the tariff of a budget hotel. Room issue is there, for 2 adult + 2 children it has less area, A.C. is fixed at 19 *c not in condition to change the temperature, buttons are not working, Cable /settop box T V was not very handy to start,room was not prepared when we reached, cleaning was not done , dinner was not proper, the Naans and Tandoor roti we opt that seems like they served us a long time pre prepared rotis , requested to change the room but they said not available, mosquitoes were biting in Dining area, reception didnt shared the WIFI password when at check in.. after we asked they told,for family travellers is should be improved...

The only good thing about this hotel is that its close to railway station, other than that its a bad hotel.1. There is no elevator in the hotel2. The room service was slow and horrible3. The water heater didnt work and the manager didnt care about this4. The room was booked as 2+1 and extra amount was charged, even then they refused to provide additional beddings

Geysers and tv wasnt working and wifi is slower than snail. Bathroom had a hole which was visible from other room. A big no no for privacy. Anyone from the other room can look into your bathroom.
