Poor customer service. Seems like they are only interested in you till you have made the payment. Once the product is urs, and u have some issue they wont even bother talking to u forget about resolving it... And this is when u are right there standing in front of them.... Disgusted by their behavior... And this is definitely not a one time experience..

Well interest shown to customer depends on how much they are going to spend. If you are buying a small or less expensive item you have to run after the sales person to get the things demonstrated. So would say bad customer service.

Very popular shop for electrical goods in dehradun and I see why. They have most if the items and in variety. Small shop in a crowded market with literally nonworking space but an exhaustive itenary. Owner will give you a very technical download of everything if you can get his attention because the shop is crowded all day.
