Good lab available here in Dehradun but here are my experience....First of all there contact numbers are switched off in the evening itself, Secondly they didnt provided me my complete Reports and I had to visit Lab twice to collect my reports in these Corona times. But I hope they will not disappoint me in the future with some sincere work..

Dr sikund is very unethical and taunts patients for entertainment...even the reports given by them are incorrect so kindly make sure u take a second opinion elsewhere beforehand n try avoiding coming here as the place is very unhygenic esp the toilets and waiting area...they dnt even deserve a single star...👎

Sikand Diagnostic Center is the best place to visit and have test done in Dehradun Uttarakhand. Their test reports are accurate and always given on time. I have good experience with them.

Back in Dec 19 I had gone for a CT scan (neck) at Sikund Diagnosis. The diagnosis was spot on. It makes sense when it says Diagnosis that you can trust, and I would say its the best in town as per my experience-;)

We have come here for sonography to check eptopic Pragnancy, we had already examined it from other two labs but it was not really clear to us that there is a sign of eptopic pregnancy. After the suggestion from Dr. Luthra and the diagnostic report from Sikund we have started the treatment of eptopic pregnancy. Thank God that we came to know about this in the early stage else there would be more complications. Thanks to the whole staff of Sikund Diagnostic.

Well, The staff is untrained and trains on your patient. I went for a CT scan and the this unskilled guy injected Iodine die in my muscles instead of vein.He did not care to check, my hand got twisted inside CT scan machine and I cried for help but he was like ..sab theek hai..when I cried a lot he came and observed his mistake. In panic he immediately took me for ultrasound as my hand got jammed and swollen up and all they provided was ointment. My hand still pains after 15 days .I request you not to visit this place as they just care about money not about your tests and health.

Never seen such worst staff.... They wont even listen to u... They dont even care abt the patients health... Least interested in knowing their problems and do not entertain any phone calls... Shud remove themselves from Google.

Clean, efficient office with polite staff. However, DO NOT expect any detailed or in-depth help. I paid Rs.1300 for an ultrasound to find gall bladder stones. The staff at Sikund only provided one very basic ultrasound photo of the gall bladder. No close-up photos, no photos from the sides or looking more closely to try to find the problem. I asked the doctor why, and he only gave a quick answer that I should eat better food. No discussion about the ultrasound. No details. No friendly help. This doctor has too many patients, and is not interested in really helping the patients. It seems like his goal is only to take your money provide very fast, very superficial help. I suggest you take your business to a different clinic.

Excellent Diagnostic Centre in Dehradun with quality staff and Doctors. Doctor who does the ultrasound is friendly and courteous and answers queries. Tests are done very professionally and are reliable.

All good but Waiting for test and report are too much irritating .

Dr Kunal is one of the amazing doctor he explain everything very calmly and his behavior towards patients is very good. One star less for rude behaviour of reception staff.

I called them 10+ times to ask if my report was ready, they never answered it lol, I think too busy staff.

Its good and satisfying. Dr. Kunal is good and explains everything nicely.. spend time in seeing properly... And answer your queries well. Advisable to visit if you have any problem and to be diagnoesd in any of their fields.

Mr Kunal treated me well & was helpful. Most important thing that I found was that he was right on time & treated all patients well.

Well Organized, neat and clean but the staff has no manners

My baby died because lab didnt consider emergency time, it just charged 3600 rupee for colour doppler, after half an hour of visiting it attended me, and doctor told his staff to mention in report that baby was not moving while scanning, lab took again more than 25 minutes to deliver my report , it didnt mention the main reason for scanning, that baby was not moving. It resulted in death of baby, forget about money its nothing in front of baby, we called lab 3 hour before even then no care taken.

One of the best diagnostic center in dehradun. Staff was polite,helpful and quite patient while taking the blood sample . I required my blood reports quickly and got the reports well in time.

It is in center of city, easy to reach by public transport also.

I had a very good experience in Sikund Diagnostic. We went once for an ultrasound. The way doctor explained everything while performing ultrasound also included my husband and talked to him. He was very friendly and answered all our queries.

I recommend to take prior appointments for ultrasound.Overall a good centre clean and spacious.Reports are available on the website also.

Dr Sikund is a very experienced radiologist. He always gives fair and genuine advice to all his patients.

Third class. Staff is unprofessional. Charging way over for collecting the sample and dont provide the reports on commited time. Once payment made, they stop to pick up your phone. Pathetic website, always shows download repost page error. Never go to this...

Very unorganized... the staff is very rude... had waited almost 2 hours to get ultrasound but when asked them to wait 2 min they refused.

The Worst centre to visit for ultrasound.. they dont even have a curtain for women to change before ultrasound.. their radiologist is rude enough to shout at the top of his voice kya problem hai curtain kyun chahiye..nurse asked to empty bladder without checking with doctor and doctor is shouting to wait for another one hour and build pressure ( despite you telling him you waited for almost 2 hours already)..i guess this is the problem with such stand alone ultrasound centres in small towns they misbehave and mis-handle due to monopoly...
