Doctor Daisy is very Professional.. Luthra nursing home has very helpful staff.. Our experience was a little bit soured by less number of beds available. If they sort this out they are one of the best nursing homes.

You made everything so easy as being new to dehradun and that too getting pregnant got us confused that which doctor should we choose. I came to know about Dr Arti Luthra and how brilliant doctor she is so I made it final to start my treatment with her.With lots of ups and downs in my pregnancy journey, it made me lose hope but she ensured to keep me positive and stay strong during this period. Also the 24*7 support that I got from the hospital really helped me especially during the peak of 2nd wave of covid.So finally the day arrived and in the OT I was really very nervous but Arti mam was the one to support me, to calm me down. She even played the OM chanting which brought so much of positivity in me.I really couldnt believe that a doctor can be so caring. Worst place in terms of managing in patients. Reception staff is too unprofessional and rude. For 10 min consultation one have to wait for at least 5 hrs. They charge good for professional services but physical management is poor. There is no arrangement for patients caretakers to wait. Whether its raining, summers or a thunder caretakers have to wait under the sky...there are no amenities for caretakers. Otherwise doctor is good.

We had our first baby in one of the finest hospital in California, USA, so were desirous of a similar experience for our second one. Being in Dehradun we had little hope, however after extensive search we chose Luthra Nursing Home after hearing good reviews about the team here. Doctor Arti Luthra and her team exceeded our expectations in every way possible and handled our initial skepticism with empathy. Wife faced some complications during the third trimester however, as we had hoped, the team was intent on a normal delivery. That, they achieved without putting the mother or the baby at any risk. We would recommend them blindly to all future parents.

My experience has been really good, I had my laparoscopy surgery in 2020 was not able to concieve but the after surgery I had quick recovery and I conceive naturally I had my normal delivery yesterday.. Would like to thank the doctors. This place is best for infertility treatment thankful to staff for exceptional care.

The doctor and professional services are good but unfortunately there is a poor management of people that can be seen visibly. Their reception staff members are too very unprofessional, they are rude and for a 10 min consultation one have to wait at least for 5 hours. I always feel dissapointed whenever I have to visit this particular place. They charge good also ask you to wait for uncessesary everytime. There is no lounge for patients caretakers to wait..

The most irresponsible team of management is working for known Doctor, in dehradun. The administration and management is the worst and also the appointment management is disgusting🤮. You may need to wait for 4 hour for consultatipn even after the prior appointment and booking. Why the hell do u keep such irresponsible and invaluable peoples who dont know the emergency and humanity in your profession. Worst experience

Worst staff Management. Rude Front office staff. Our patient was standing for hours, we were continuously asking front office staff when will doctor will meet. We were waiting for hours but no one helped us. One staff women with long earings was very rude like we are her servant, she was treating us in very bad manner. Senior and junior doctors are good but overall very bad experience.

Not seen a more perfect and fantastic doctor than Dr Arti Luthra . Highly co-operative and care taker and the way of talking with patients is so polite that the patient mostly forgets the pain while talking to the doctor. Staff was also co-operative and the behaviour was also very good .

Both times I especially travelled to dehradun ( my home town) from Bangalore so that i could have Dr Arti Luthra guide me and help me through my pregnancy journey. I can vouch for her and recommend her 100%. She has been extremely patient and calm even when i was anxious and worried. She took the time to explain things and clarify my doubts each time. She encouraged me to do everything i can to ensure a normal delivery. Not just Dr Arti, but even her staff was very friendly and helpful, ever smiling and cheerful. My review gonna be long but true, I went to dehradun when i was 3 months pregnant. I searched & found this.Good thing about this maternity centre is you can get assistance 24*7. Unlike Max hospital they have full time doctors. Nobody will give you unwanted medicines, tests or appointments. Nobody will force you for C-section( depending on your case). I delivered normally however, the baby had 2 loops of cord around the neck. So, delivery depends on you n the circumstance. “Don’t think that only Dr. Arti Luthra is the only good doctor and you have to see her, all the staff doctors are good”. I was lucky i encountered all🤣🤣.Things they can work on :1) Please upgrade your labor room😜, i know it is serving the purpose but nowadays every other hospital is working on it.2) Start charging one lump-sum amount in delivery bill so that your staff is not coming one by one and asking for money.3) Please regularise appointment practice🙄, i know doctors can be busy in OT, emergency case or lil late to work but sometimes wait time is really long.4) Try to give Paid one or two counselling sessions to new and scared mommy so that she knows what is on her way.This is all my personal opinion only. I found the facility good as every time i came home without any stress. Doctors know their job.Thanks Doctors & Team

Well, I can assure that this is the best maternity Centre in Dehradun at least. Everybody here is super supportive, helpful, knowledgeable and empathetic. They know what they are doing. I had my delivery in Luthra hospital in 2016 and I will be sharing my experience. Dr. ARti Luthra is more interested in getting the tests done from Sikunj testing center rather then looking into your case. Some how my delivery was done and there was so much blood loss that I trembled and the whole bed was shaking...this was all due to their staff who could not find my nerve....no food , no facility, whole night my husband woke up to take care of my child...the nurses used to all the time fight and ask for money after your child is born....everything u have to pay for...the bill that was charged was also very high....now in 2020 i again went for some gynae problem...rather then looking into my health...Dr Arti as always gave me list of tests to be done and stapled Sikunj testing center Card with my prescription...I told her i will be flying back to Pune...but she was more interested in getting tests done and that too from Sikunj testing center...this is my earnest request to all the people...please dont rely on such doctors who are so greedy, money driven and will exhaust both your time and money on useless tests and that too from their own favorite testing center...SIKUNJ for Aarti Luthra... Above all this I forgot to mention that Dr. Arti Luthra takes everything in case ...so for my maternity I was charged Rs.75000 and all was paid in cash....so isnt this the way to take your white money and convert it to black money...Dehradun really needs a check on the medical facilities, testing centers and even the authenticities of the doctors available.... Earlier doctors were treated like GODS...but my experience has been so pathetic with Dr. Arti Luthra and other testing centers....that I dont consider them even as humans...

Worst experience. It was my first ultrasound and it was such a pathetic visit. I waited 1.5 hrs for dr Arti and all she said in consultation was to get an ultrasound. For this 1 min meeting I paid rs 500. And my ultrasound report was just handed over to me , Dr Arti did not review it at all costing another rs1500. No personal meeting with doctor , no queries cleared. No personal attention given. Unpleasant staff, no sitting space. Will not recommend it to anyone.
