She is given a private room, which looks like never been cleaned in years. My Dad who is near 80 year old is expected to push the food trolley . No one is there to answer to phone calls or to attend. Very bad attitude of the staff.I REQUEST PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. ITS A BIG FRAUD.

Though OPD is good and so is the staff. But the treatment in ortho department is not great. Patients are left at the mercy of students studying with the college associated with them. Dr. PUNEET should know just because he is experienced and had seen many patients in his career that doesnt mean he will be callous with the patients now. He becomes ignorant and at times insolent with patients and his juniors in the hospital. He should be more emphatic .... talking to him is more like interacting with Boman Iranis character of Munnabhai MBBS (first half of the movie)Still suffering pain of fracture treated by him... after 5 months of being treated by him...Rest staff is good specially the ones handling the wheel chair etc... they r more polite than the doctor.

This place should not be called a hospital.People who work here have no morals.I think doctor of this hospital go for MBA after finishing there medical studies. Thats why they are always behaving like a business man.What they will do is they will tell you get all the tests done(unnecessary) and if report are normal they will still admit you in the hospital for 1-2 days just to get the money.They are so pathetic that they will admit a dead person also just for the sake of money. Had a very great experience...my mother was admitted on 15th Dec in Emergency ward...The doctors, nurses and sisters took excellent care of my mother... I dont know the name of every doct.or nurses..bt Dr.Mahesh Ramola n his team were superb... All d staff of Neuron Wards were excellent... Divya Mam & one Tibetan Sister were remarkable n outstanding... They were very cooperative... Tibetan sister was too much caring,humble,polite person...
