Doctor Sarin is the most disrespectful doctor I have ever consulted. Some of the observations are a) he dosent like to talk to patients who come again within 10 days of Consulting as no fees is charged b) no patience to listen c) have seen him throwing papers on face of patients d) gives appointment to all patients at same time to show his popularity and crowd. A humble advise to patients to consult a better behaved person.

First of all i visited here due to his popularity and his experience mentioned but , after visited here in first two meetings he is quite clever type he done my all the testa which costs around 6000 but anyway i had gone through it as prescribed.After taking medicines i felt cured enough but as soon as i forgot to take medicines even a single day , my body just felt so deceased and my health problem is also increasing , his medicine inly supreeses the problem . Also he is very good businessman rather than doctor , called patients after every 10,15 days so that his fee can be continued from patient also , the staff is so annoying and illiterate and so disrespectful, very very very bad .Just kind of show off things . Nothing else .Don’t visit there . Very bad experience

Perfect clinic for correct diagnosis and treatment, also the doctor and staff are very friendly.

The worst experience of my life of all the clinics of Dehradun which I have ever visited. Very disrespectful and ill-mannered staff at reception. No value of the patient, no talking sense. The staff does not answers properly. They talk like hooligans. When I called the clinic to book an appointment, they refused and interrogated me instead. When we went to the clinic to see the doctor, the staff kept on asking for money and remained stubborn in his behaviour. When will doctor see us? How many patients are ahead of us? Etc are questions which the receptionists did not answer and rather they rebuked them and they started shouting.Very bad experience. I humbly urge the doctor to check their professionalism and others to be prepared for such reception.#Eyeopener #for societys good #no personal motive.

Probably one of the most recommended doctor in Dehradun. Doctor may be well experienced and qualified but the facility at his clinic is below par. The small waiting area outside the doctors cabin is too small for even 10-12 patients to wait. Some basic amenities missing ( or rather not provided) are;1. Not proper seating space. Randomly placed 3-4 bus stand benches.2. No air conditioning.3. No ventilation at all. Especially considering you are amongst some chest patients and will be breathing same air which probably is infected.4. Reception gives appointments but no respect of those. You reach at you appointment time and are asked to wait as you join the fresh waiting patients.5. Receptionist not very efficient.6. No drinking water station/ counter available7. No washroom at all.Sadly it seems a case of charging fees but not providing basic amenities to the customers.Won’t recommend anyone to this clinic. You might end up getting infected by some waiting patient as wait is too long. Average waiting time for my visits was 30 min + and this was after pre booking an appointment few days prior.

Unprofessional behaviour of staff, doing test with unhigenic way...did blood test without wearing hand gloves..and when asked they said its normal test, no need of gloves. And charged so high for blood test and chest x-ray.

The first thing is the staff of this chest center which is bad and talk badly while u have to take appointment on phone, its the very bad thing because a well mannered , polite staff and polite receptionist is the first thing u have to deal with and my experience is bad ...2nd thing is the sitting problem while you waiting for your number .....small space is the main problem bcz u need to wait for your number and there is very less amount of sitting arrangement ...also no parking arrangement and u need to park your vehicle on the roaddoctor is good but staff receptionist ( male ) is very bad with rude behaviour
