It has been a horrible experience of buying Jeep Compass from the dealer....Servicing and repairing work is even poorer!!!..My 9 month old Compass’s engine oil is leaking...Dese ppl cant even find out the point of leakage and actually it happened because of dere poor servicing staff...as dey had repaired d car around 4 months back!!!

Great brand. Wonderful car. Excellent buying experience but below average after sale service.Had my first experience of service center today as I went for getting the software upgrade. I own a Longitude (O) and was driving it without seat covers for last 5 months. Checked for Mopar seat covers and decided to have them put at the service center. The friendly GM at service center agreed to my request of getting both things done and even delivering the car to my place by evening.However on receiving the car I realised the team really lacks the fineness and basic eye for detail expected from a renowned brand like JEEP. ( from my earlier experience I can say for sure that European car makers are too good and professional)- seat cover worth 18k not put properly and lose at places.- edges of seat covers not preopely treated and covered/tucked- inspite of clearly mentioning NO DASHBOARD POLISH, the team went on full on with the polish.- car received with seats position and back all changed as per the convenience of the driver and even the Co passenger seat was used and floor dirty.Overall not even an average experience, and probably much better to use service centers at Chandigarh or Delhi.

Its next to ktm show room. Newly setup in Dehradun. I really love jeep and its all vehicles . The showroom is in Dehradun to Delhi highway just quite away from city rush .
