Online appointment booking was very easy. Upon reaching hospital just had to show appointment reference I’d and got the doctors slip from the counter. I have seen, first hand, the act of irresponsibility & negligence and lack of human ampathy towards a patient in dier emergency situations by this hospital and its doctors. My mother Gaytri Devi, who was under treatment with this establishment for approx 6 months for lung cancer therapy and way she treated yestetday 15th Oct when we got her into Emergency Care on the guidance of Dr. Runu Sharma, who was her Consulting Doctor for the past several months. My sister brought my mum, who was having fever and O2 level fluctuating between 65-85 under going cancer treatment from the same hospital was turned back and told they have no beds and told to go to Kailesh Hospital.Dr. Runu Sharma did not even have the ethical morality to come down and examine my mum although she was being consulted every 15days. Dr. Sharma was happy to take her consultancy fee every 15 days but could not show any responsibility or sentiments towards her patient.My mother is now taken to Kailesh Hospital into the ICU. But i am consulting my lawyers regarding my Legal Obligations pertaining to ethical irrsponsibility and negligence against the hospital and the Doctor at the same time.We are having to explain every thing regarding my mums medical condition from scratch as the doctors here are not aware of her medical history.Thanks Max, its management and Dr. Runu Sharma for showing such compassion, ethical responsibility and service to humanity - which the showed NONE when a 78 years old women was brought to your door step, ON YOUR REQUEST, and was turned back with no remorse.

Here my father was operated under Dr tariq whos urologist he did my father Surgery.. He is very good Dr.. But another doctor Dr dodamani who is HOD of urology I dont know who made you HoD wrost doctor in this world. He have zero knowledge even he dont know how to treat how to behave with patient.. Disgusting, arrogent doctor. Nurse who was taking care of my father. She was very rude. Security guard have also no manner how to take. .please think twice. Wrost hospital. Dont waste your money here. .

A joint venture of Govt and Max to rob the citizens of the country. The entire country declared shortage of vaccines and max opened its door for paid vaccination. And there starts the story of looting and robbing. 1100 per vaccine. Best part is stand in long queue in heat no consideration for old or weak. And then not update your vaccine 1st dose which is their responsibility. Now when we check they are saying can’t help you pay and get vaccinated by us only. Question is why when we are now having free vaccine available. On top of it rude staff . So we pay also and get ill treated also

Took my father there ,from the first day to the last day they gave me the same statement stating that critical condition hope for the best we are trying our best and after 10days when they made good amount of money they said he doesnt much time he is counting his last breath. When you consult the doctors there they give more preferance to the patients who comes through a good approach.Would suggest not to take their love ones to this hospital 😭
