Worst experience ever, seems looted, gave mac to the shop for repair, issue was with motherboard, he did some work and then ask us for two days but gave it back after 4-5 days, battery changed without asking us, when we asked abt battery he said it was faulty, our old battery backup was last for 4-6 hours but new battery runs only 2-3 hours, within a week face same issue of motherboard, asked him to service again took a week then we check at first it was ok, but when we came home and start working on it, display start flickering, display off, battery backup went more down. He said its issue of some chip, repaired again n said its ok now, and also offered us that if in future there is any issue then you can sell it at price of 20-30K. again after few days system completely shut. Feel like they took original parts 😂 and replace it with others.

Good shop for any type of laptop faults I am connected last 3years with Raina computers they never given false result many fake shops for service and repair in market but in Raina computer they have fully knowledge about repair .

My Lan to USB CONVERTER driver was not working in my laptop after reboot ,even the dell service center people were not able to resolve my issue, they said your laptop does not support LAN driver when there is no port, so I went to Raina computers and they really resolved my issue in just 10 minutes, Superb Job !!!!

I gave my benq projector to this service center ( mr rohit attended me ) on 6th sept, 2018 afternoon ,No sense of responsibility, false promises, i have been waiting for my projector to get repaired, but, they couldnt find even a problem in 2days, and keep on saying, we will call you in one hour, everytime i called them, they repeated same,On 7th sept, 2018, they again promised me they will call me tomorrow and your projector will get sorted by 2pm.Today on 8th sept 2018, right now its 6pm and i didnt get any single call. .At 7pm i went there personally even after high fever, cancelling my delhi bus , travelled 15km just for this...Disgusting you people.At least make clarification or do not get into things which you cannot sort out.
