Very good service.Internet speed at my place is almost constant and ping is less compared to other networks.Been using the service since 3 years ➕ no issue till now.Have made many of my friends take the service after i used it and everyone is satisfied with the service.Good work by the team all working towards customer satisfaction.👍

One of the best internet service provider in Dehradun. Very reasonable pricing of internet with unlimited plans scheme. Earlier was using Jio , but there service is pathetic. Will definitely refer Hillcom Networks if somebody is looking for best service and reasonable pricing.

Very unprofessional people. My internet is shut down from last 10 days, and no one in this company is answering the call. One of their manager have stooped answering too on his personal contact no. Jio WFH pack is far better in speed rather buying internet service from these people.

I have never seen such a pathetic service ever. From last 4 days my internet is not working and no one from ISP is responding to tickets or customer support number.

Pros:Upload, download both speeds always show 70 Mbps plus on Ookla speed test wtih 100 Mbps plan, which is good.Good for LAN connection setup for your office / home.Team behaves professionally - Good presence in remote areas of Dehradun.Better plans compare to Airtel broadband.Cons:Default provided router is 300 Mbps router. 700+ Mbps router is always recommended for 100 Mbps connection to connect multiple devices stream free (laptop,TVs, games, phones etc). So better you pay little extra for 700+ Mbps router while taking new connection.

I have opted for 250 Mbps plan and from the day of installation the speed offered is 50 Mbps max which I have seen is 66Mbps.No one cares from the support team. Tried calling multiple time but still the issue remains the same.

We keep calling him .. and he never picks up the call.Really unprofessional. Regret taking service from him.. and the speed of the internet is also so slow now. Only few months it was ok. Really very poor Internet Service provider

Recurring network failure,extending upto five days sofar and still continuing,and aading to the problem in the unprofessional attitude of the person concerned asking to quitcquit and change the network provider.. now dont know what to say

I took the 75mbps plan and I get 3/4mbps download speed. I wfh and I need stable 30mbps for upload download. On 10th august I kept calling the dealer the entire day since the internet wasnt working no one responded to my call and then at night I had to login as per my shift. The dealer said raat ko toh kuch nahi ho sakta my office doesnt buy the excuse that internet is not working. Its affecting my job. Someone has to fix it I paid 5000 rs for this connecting jisme both the router and modem are mine. And its the most latest quad antenna router. Din bhar sahi chalta hai. Raat ko when my shift starts you create trouble for me.

Very good service ...I used there fibre service since almost 11 month and I am fully satisfied internet speed and service . they reslove any issue super fast.

Internet speed is very good as per the plan and at a much cheaper price, but whenever any problem occurs, then the service provider does not take any phone call of us.

Very poor service , speed is always low . These people are frauds and they keep lying about the prices. They loot you in every way so please dont use this wifi.

I have been contacting them since 3 days and get no response. Whenever I call them Bipin says I will call you back. My request has been postponed since 3 days. If you cant provide the connection just tell the customer. Very poor service, wont recommend to anyone in dehradun. As you can see from other reviews, service is too poor and cant be tolerated.

You wont get the speed they promised and the techinical support is very poor. one important thing is the behaviour of the customer care executive is very arrogant.

Hillcom is very bad internet Service provider in Dehradun.If you take 15 mbps plan then you got only 1-5 Mbps.

Awful internet so slow only 20 MBPS for Rs. 1500 WHEREAS other networks give 100 Mbps in less than Rs.800 dont take it they WILL NOT your SECURITY MONEY ALSO. There are better connection out there
