Fraudsters- Greenusys Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Noida, IndiaI gave the contract to Grenusys Technology to develop the website and mobile app for my start-up- Careergati.com on Jan 28, 2021. I made the initial payment of Rs. 10,000 on 4th March 2021 via net-banking and later payments of 2,600 and 10,000 on 9th and 27th March. Thus I made a total payment of Rs. 22,600 towards advance for the project. They showed some initial designs to me and I suggested some changes. Later the communication stopped from their side, after waiting for few weeks, I followed up but mobile numbers were switched off, no reply to my emails. Somehow, I got number of their director- Prakhar Abhishek and talked to him. He said that there is some problem with employees due to Covid-19 and I will get my work done on May 28th. I waited, nothing happened. I contacted Prakhar, his mobile was not reachable. After couple of weeks, I could speak to him and he said that there is server crash and all work done is lost. He said that he will refund me money with compensation for delay or complete the work in next 2 weeks. I waited. Again nothing happened. His mobile was again not reachable. Through an ex-employee of Greenusys, I got his another number and talked to him on that number on Sept 2nd. He told that there was some accident and hence he was not available. He said that refund of payment will be initiated today itself. Till date no payment is received. In all this time, I lost business opportunity and my start-up got delayed by 6 months. I didn’t take up a job due to my start-up and hence lost my possible salary of about 9 lacs (@1.5 lacs/month). I am writing this to you to get me compensated for this loss and also get my money (22,600) and compensation for mental harassment (20,000). I have all the evidences in form of email, bank statement, whatsapp chat and call recordings to support my claim. I have also lodged the complaint in Consumer Forum. Never do business with such fraudsters.
