Never use this place to buy anything. Rudest and most unprofessional customer service I have ever received. Came to buy white PVC cards and he told us he could get it for probably around 3.5-4₹, however he would have to look around the shop. Turns out he had to order it and after calling us 3 days later that he had it we went to pick it up which is a 15 minute ride. Upon arrival he started asking 7.8₹ per card and he never told us beforehand.When we confronted him with the high price he said that we would never be able to get it cheaper anywhere else while its 4.5₹ per card on Amazon. He also lied about the quality of the cards, saying they were not sticky while they 100% were and werent any better than the online ones. Its one thing to forget to mention a 100% price increase, but to then get angry and not apologize goes too far. Mukesh, this was the most shockingly unprofessional experience, you should treat your customers better than that.
