I was once a regular customer for Buymore. When I say, I was ...I have pledged that I will never visit the place again. I visited the supermarket today and forgot to carry a mask. I was not stopped by the security guard at the entrance and when I had a basket full of groceries with me, the security guard was asking me to drop everything and move out bcoz I was not wearing a mask. One can imagine the embarrasment a regular customer had to go through. I agree that carrying a mask is of utmost importance in these testing times but shouldnt it would have been better if a notice displaying the necessity of mask be put outside or even the guard should have been a little more vigilant about customers entering without masks and stopping them at the entrance rather than rudely telling them to move out of the store. Even then I requested one of the cashier named PRAVEEN to atleast allow me to take what I had in my basket, I was rudely replied that I couldnt not shop bcoz I did not have a mask. Indeed these are difficult times but the staff at the store must remember that this too will pass and by then they would have lost an important customer base

FRAUD- I often used to argue my dad over getting grocery from the main market, for I had a better opinion of the supermarkets like BUYMORE. Im convinced that buying in the old traditional way is a much better deal. Yesterday I went to buy a pack of rice at BUYMORE only to find out the MRP at ₹105/-, discounted at ₹90/- and billed at ₹100/-. Theyre looting the customers. I wonder how many people really pay attention to such frauds. Really disappointed. Ill ask the locals to prefer alternate stores than shopping at BUYMORE.
