Hello, this is the matter of poor service ethic and clear cut cheating. A person with poor service ethics is not at all accepted. They took my dvr and hard disk from my home in the name of upgrading and now demanding unjustified sums by justifying their efforts.I bear a loss of 8000 only because of their unethical and poor service. I am ok with this 8000 loss but wants to aware everyone before relaying anyone.We called them to connect our dvr online. They asked 1000 charges for that. After examining the dvr they said that there is up gradation requirements in dvr that is why they need the dvr. We accepted and allow the person to take the dvr.After continuous not picking up my call for more then 20 days, one day I decided to call them from an unknown number. After 2 minutes of patiently listening he started shouting and started justifying that your DVR is useless and they will return us back but only after whenWe pay him 1350 charges of dvr service and 500 per visit charges total 2 visits. Means 2350 charges for getting my DVR back. When I rejected his demand he start building the new story….He knows that we will not pay him money because we are not person of integrity, because they had visited us 3-4 years back and we did not paid them their charges 1500…Story of 1500. Within the installation of 7 months we faced some issue. Our CCTV was installed by some other person and they send him to service. After completion of service they had demanded 1500. Since it was under one year warranty agreement we were not liable to pay. We asked their person that we will talk to the person who installed the cctv.On the next visit of person who had installed the cctv demanded and justified 700 and we paid the same to him.Now time solution is asking me receipt of that 700 rupees. How foolish is this…I CAN AFFORD 8000 loss but do not want anyone like him…Attached is the whastapp chat you can also find the language he used after my review.
