Superb store with great collection and great display work. Staff is courteous and at the entry they are taking temp. And sanitising the visitor.Parking is an issue as after ten cars no parking space is left in the front section and you have to drive down a long way to park your car.

Superb showroom nicely displayed.. but by 8.30 pm they close their trial rooms strictly, so why let people enter the show room after 8.30 pm.. no washrooms facility.. had to go down outside corner with no lights n stinking toilets.. hope they improve

Great place for branded clothes of h&m. Staff is great and friendly... Variety of types available with some discounts also.

Have had great experience with H&M in India and outside in most outlets, however disappointed particularly from Dehradun branch as I found a couple of staff members unnecessarily rude here. They could probably learn a thing or two about customer service.

Great place to shop clothings for men/women/kids in Dehradun. They have a wide variety of collection and unique designs which u would hardly find in Dehradun. Quality and comfort of material is great and prices are reasonable. Visited this store recently and instantly fell in love with their collection. Staff is young, energetic, very professional and cooperative. Keep up the good work!!

Very pathetic product return service they have in doon.its been 25 days passed and no one has came to pick up the products...its very frustating..every time i called them they said in 5 days someone definitly will come...please beware and never purchase anything online from them ...they will frustate you to the core.

Went in after being disappointed at the Pacific mall..with no hopes of getting something worth buying, ended up buying a couple of pullovers and a flannel shirt (not at all required). Lovely collection of winter wear. Give it a go.

H&M store is in left side of Pacific mall.They dont have parking system for two wheelers but available for four wheeler.It is specially for designing of clothes for men, women, kids.Price is very affordable and i am satisfied by their hospitality.In the pandemic , they follow all the rules and orderi given by government like social distance , wearing mask, sanitizer and other ..Thank you H&M mall for your amazing experience ..
