Dnt have enough size options

Undoubtedly it is the biggest Bata store in Dehradun with a proper parking space but the only flip side is that the staff in not well trained and you yourself have to put in the efforts to find the best product for you. Rest, Bata to Bata hi hota hai !

An excellent collection of shoes, well experienced staff.

Pathetic service by the store and customer care executive.I buyed dr scholl which is just 3months old and its in very bad condition.The quality was not up to the mark.I have the old bill but the store didnt provided me the exchange bill.There system is not showing any entry of my exchange which means they didnt gave me the exchange bill.I have old bill and debit card entry which shows i have exchanged the product fom there store.Now when it is time to replace the product they are not providing the service.

Its not a big store and you cant get variety of slippers, shoes or sandals.

Everything is overpriced

Theyve good variety and have good parking space, but there is no manpower to show you the designs or your size you have to do it yourself. How they think to run such a huge showroom with just one or two salesman. The shop is located from the road. Due to less sales man I am just rating them 2 stars.

Very good variety of shoes and footwear. The parking is also good. But staff is not good.

Batas has definitely compromised on quality now . It used to be a Brand that made good impact on people wearing it. But now they have all mixed brands and most of them are just costly but doesnt deliver quality at all , so day by day Bata loosing its reputation in the market and loosing its grip from peoples heart ..thats what the reality is ..I have been there many times but always regrets my decision on buying at Bata ..
