I would like to give negative rating to Bluedart.They were showing out for delivery for 3 days and they didnt deliver it..I was calling them and they didnt picked up my call for a whole day..Then i personally gone there to check my parcel and they said we cant deliver it your address so i asked them to hand over it to me so they were looking for it for hours and then they get to know that their delivery guy has picked it up for delivery and they were saying that we cant deliver it to your address....Worst experience with any courrier company ...BlueDart (-) star and (-) rating..

Horrible experience. Worse worst worst service.Never gave a call to ask abt the address. Kept updating No landmark provided. Kept saying out for delivery for 3 days but my order was never delivered. Tried to call them and no one picked up the phone.Google should have a provision of only providing a review without the compulsion of providing a star because i want to rate them zero stars or even negative.I am shocked to see so many reviews with the same negative experience.

I went in so late on Tuesday and my passports and visa docs were supposed to reach Bombay the next day at any cost or Thursday early morning! All other courier services refused saying its only a 48hour service and wont be able to deliver it. BUT blue dart helped me out. They promised Thursday morning but it got delivered by Wednesday evening itself. Such a sigh of relief! Special thanks to employee Shubham Saini for being hands on about it and being sympathetic to my case. Cant thank you enough for your prompt service!

STAY AWAY FROM THEMThey are perhaps the worst service provider in Dehradun, often missing the delivery mark by 4-5 days, even for food items. They would falsely claim that the consignee was not available at the address. The customer Care number does not even work.

The most pathetic blue dart franchise Ive come across. They wont deliver till they have enough items for delivery in your area. Also, no phones are ever answered. Blue dart customer care do not know about the idiots tarnishing their name in this town.Things like credit card & passport delivery also are not regarded as urgent by these ppl. I totally agree with all reviews here. Given an option I would give them a negative 100 on this scale of 5 stars!

Worthless courier service. My parcel was kept for 3 days with them and they are updating no landmark given, door closed or unreachable, whereas the address is just 2 minutes walkable distance from my Institute. They dont attend call and when you go to their office, they make you wait for a longer time, either they are looking for the delivery boy who is supposed to deliver the shipment or they cannot trace the shipment in their office. Horrible experience. Its better to send it through Speed Post or other Courier service at Dehradun. Even DTDC or other courier is better than Bluedart.

Blue Dart is DHL domestic partner in Dehradun, they are not professional at all. There landline never works. There people never value your time. You have to go to their office if you want your shipment in time.DHL is good but Blue Dart Dehradun service is very poor.

Worst service ever, my passport was sent to this location for collection. The information was not communicated to us on time. When we got the call, the person said, I will send it back today only as it came last night. He also said that at Dehradun we only keep for 2 days...And on reaching was requesting money to give...total corruption and no respect for job....

They are the worst in Dehradun. They never pick up calls and are habitual of delaying delivery. Even for Amazon pick up they called me after 3 days of pick up date. By that time the product reached Delhi through DTDC.

They are the worst Blue dart branch I have ever seen. Blue Dart should suspend their dealership. They intentionally hold on to your packages saying that your address cannot be located. They never pick your calls so that you have to come to their office to collect your package.

This is about BlueDart Courier Service opposite Anne Marie School in Dehradun. Horrible experience with them. No one attends to the phone. The parcel reaches them but they deliver it after three days. Amazon was requested not to use their services.

Dear Google, do not write the contact no. which no body attends. Neither write the timings when their own staff if not present. Their actual timings are 11 am to 5 pm as told by their staff. Bluedart service is worst in dehradun.They just enter premises closed on the day of deleivary though everyone is at home.I had to go to office twice to pick my packet ,on asking them why didnt they call if premises was closed they told we dont have mobile phones. The phone cradle was kept aside when I went to the office just to keep phone busy.

Worst service by the Courier boy ...one of my product has to be delivered by this service.. On the last expected date of delivery they didnt deliver the product. And when i tracked the product i found the remark that consignee was not available, without contacting me they mark consignee absence. After this i have to visit there and then in the evening i Received the product at my address. I dont know where the fault was from a courier boy end or the service member, but during my visit there they told me its courier boys fault.
