Worst hotel ever..Rooms smelled of cigarettes.Lock was broken.Wifi was not working.Rooms were smelly.I wasn’t able to sleep, at last had to change the property.When I checked out they didn’t even except that there were so many problems in the property.

They try to extract as much money as they can from you.I booked room from MakeMyTrip, as I had my SSB Interview. I was just 17 so I fell into minor category so they didnt allow me to check-in, I was waiting at the hotel reception from 11:00 A.M. and check-in was at 12:00 P.M., on MMT I could have got full refund till 11:59 A.M. if these people would have told me earlier but they didnt tell me earlier that I cant check-in as a minor. After 11:59 there was zero refund so I was struck. Later they took extra money from me and I had call one of my relatives there and with his Identity I checked in. I showed them my call letter, NDA Admit card, and Identity Card and later on my relatives Identity card too but they didnt allow to check-in before I paid them more money. Overall it was a poor and hectic experience here.

Booking plateform is worst.It do not tell you cant book a room for minorToo late to serve food dopahar ka sham ho gaya order cancel hi krna pada

The behavior of the hoteliers is very good towards the visitors, I would recommend this hotel to take a lot of families and bachelors

Availabilty of rooms and room service is good, rooms are clean and fine.
