Lets begin with the name, dont be fooled by residency, its a guest house homestay mix, maybe even a paying guest accommodation would fit. Lot of improvement is needed. See the pictures and you would know.Good things:1. Very near to the ISBT/ Bus Station - a 5 min walk at most2. The restaurant they ordered tandoori chicken from, made it really good3. They do have some sort of power back up (atleast I think they do)4. Geyser worked well.5. Alcohol, Smoking and Non-Veg food allowed in rooms.6. Early Check-in and Late check-out is possible depending on room availability and at extra charge.Not so good (read bad)1. Entrance - The entrance staircase surrounded by garbage2. Rooms - Spots everywhere - walls, ceiling, corners. Mold/ Fungus due to seepage is very evident and clear - try and avoid such rooms. I asked for a change within minutes. Check mattress/ bed cover etc for any holes. In the name of toiletries one small soap was the only thing provided + a towel. If it rains, pretty sure there will be a power cut and the AC will not work. TV was okay but had limited channels only (I am not a big fan of TV so that was okay)The Door handle/ knob was broken (Its on video, dont know how to upload a vid, any suggestions?). Had to call the manager to open it as I shut myself in the room. And he is so sweet and made all the excuses he could think of.3. No in-house kitchen, Room service shuts down by 10 pm and starts at 8.30 in the morning. For those who are used to work in night (like me) it was a huge discomfort/ inconvenience. The main entrance is locked during the night, so you cannot step out in case you think you will go for a quick tea at the bus station. Overall I felt it was highly over priced for the overall quality/ standard. Book at your own risk and if you want to feel what hopes thrashed under a bus would feel like. I wont recommend anyone to stay here until this place really improves.

At a walking distance from ISBT Dehradun.You may find it dirty from outside because of dirty road, but from inside, it is well clean.Rooms were spacious, neat and clean.Staff was very cooperative.Food was also very delicious.

Placed at first floor. May not look so attractive from outside but that can be deceiving. The inside is good and hygienic at that price. Good service. And close proximity to bus stand is a plus point.

Reception does not deserve a single star because his way of talk very rude and his word also abusive.. Oyo should look into this matter.

Oyo has let me down quite a few times now. I stayed here for a night. the room given to me was dirty. The sheets were not changed but flipped inside out. KK residency does not have a kitchen. So if you need food they will call a restaurant to deliver it and will not even provide cutlery.There were spaces in the room full of dirt and seeemd like they were untouched from ages. Rooms were small and noicy as its right across the national highway.

Pathetic place...i found a dead rat..which was crushed inside the blanket...the hotel staff refused to change it saying they are out of blankets...they didnt have towels as well...plz dont stay here..u will regret it..i have added picture as well...Guys i am 200000000% sure...the moment you spend one day here you will regret it ..Its a shabby place ...

Bad experience! I was travelling from Mumbai and came at dehradun for a night stay. The room was not clean, washroom issues, amenities were not working and alot more. The worst part is that the Oyo executive insisted this hotel so many times that I got convinced .the only good part was the staff who was quite cooperative.

Stay is ok ok, budget hotel, staff are not very professional, but friendly. Location is apt. For meals come to the restaurant at ISBT.

Had a nice stay at hotel. The hotel is near ISBT, easily accessible. Best thing was the hassle free check-in. The room and washroom was clean. The staff is good. I would love to stay here again for my next trip to Dehradun.

The stay was pleasant. Just had to wait 40 minutes at the reception due to some error in their system and had to wait till it got resolved. Overall the stay was good. The staff was cooperative and no disturbance at all.

No water when you need it the most..in the morning! Seems costly at Rs 1500 per night for the condition of room and the services provided.
