This hotel is located bit outside main city. It is fairly nice for bachelors and business trips.

Good hotel but price for party or function is bit high.

It might not look much in terms of looks but the food is way better than more expensive hotels. Its a great budget friendly place where people dine in and stay at affordable prices. Highly recommended...

Hotel was not upto the mark... rooms were small and not properly cleaned.... washroom also looks not clean.... Wi-fi has limited access and you may not connected to internet even if you connect... however, executive at reception Shohib was attentive and professional... Restaurant was good and the cuisines were the only good thing about this place... it seems to be more for banquet purpose.... hope the owner will renovate the interior and walls of the hotel to provide it a modern lookthough the hotel is located at main road but if you follow Google Map then you may face issue in locating the same bcz Google shows it on the opposite side of its actual location....

This hotel is one of the best in Dehradun. This hotel made trip to Dehradun worthy. Food from this hotels restaurant that I like the most and it is also healthy. The hotel rooms are really good and comfortable and clean. Hospitality is really great here. I reccomend this hotel whenever you are planning to visit Dehradun.

These people clearly define the word hospitality, wonderful people happy to serve. I was travelling long distance and was despirate to get early checkin, they offered me 4 bedroom as a temporary checkin option at no cost although the property was fully accommodated. Our stay at this hotel was unexpectedly horrible. The room was not cleaned nor seemed sanitised. the blanket was dirty and we have to use our own blanket. The hotel is very far from the railway station and the citys main attraction paltan bazar and rajpur road. We did not tried the food here so can not comment upon the food. we will not recommend for stay with the family. The room was not even worth 600 per/day and we gave 1200.

Hotel Sundar Palace will not be visible to you from the main road because it is in a street and the condition of the shop above which its sign board is installed will scare you. Finally, when you reach the hotel, you realize that Sundar Palace is a banquet hall, not a hotel. Who has been modified (Jugaad) to make a hotel. The family suite that I found was on the first floor with a narrow path. It had two double beds and two attached bathrooms with no balcony as it was in the back side and nothing else for fresh air coming in. There was a lot of broken stuff around our room. On arrival in the room, we are welcomed by the sharp smell of phenyl which was giving very bad feeling. On calling at the reception, he sprayed the room freshener whose smell was very useless in itself. We requested to change the room; he said that he gives good room to those booking online and on the 2nd floor as a family suite. There is a room whose condition is worse than this. We had to spend one night so we decided to stay here.The food we ordered for lunch arrived very quickly, it looked very fresh, and it test very good as well. We can say that in terms of quantity and quantity was very good, the staff of the hotel was very soft spoken and friendly. we Had lunch and dinner which was really good. I am giving 2 star only because of food, otherwise 1 star.gagan

I made bookings here offline and they told me , room price is 1500 so i got convinced just bcoz my sister was with me and she was very tired so i decided to stay here only but they gave me a very bad room (no. 102) and the bedsheets were very unhygienic. Im so upset with this hotel experience the toilet seat in the bathroom was very small . And there was no water heater there was no remote of the AC and television was not working there was no set top box only.

It was an excellent stay at Hotel Sunder Palace...Right from the check in to the room service .. everything was perfect. The best USP of the hotel is the Food there...too Yumm!!. The rooms are neat & tidy and the washrooms had all Required amenities. The Hotel also has an option of Banquet. The Hotel is located on the main road and just 1.5kms from the ISBT Bus Stand & 3 kms from Railway station.

This is the best place in this budget. We guys came after trekking reached at 11:00pm. They welcomed us well, the rooms are clean and we got hot water. Who ever had read this review i recommend not to give a second thought and just book it.
