Not worth the price. You can get much more better hotel and staff members in the same amount! Food was also not good. Price was high with respect to the services and rooms they provide.

Everything was good.. value for money.. no complaints.. room was more than enough for two people to stay.

Very bad room condition....They showed something else and provided the other room with very poor ambience. Even the basing tap was not working. Water coming out of other taps was very slow. The phone in the room was not working, you need something you would have to go to the reception every time...That really sucks when you are tired after hiking all day.

One of the Worst Hotel I ever stayed in.I had to check in Late in the Night at about 12, but i had already Booked it through OYO around 6 in the Evening.Rooms were dirty as hell.The Floor was Dusty.The Table had sticky stains of probably Tea or Coffee that was spilled by an earlier visitor, and was not cleaned by the Staff.The Pillow covers were stained.There was no Water Bottle or Jug provided in the Room (Gladly i had a Bottle of Water with me).And the Receptionist lad was in deep Sleep.So i just went to sleep too.The Breakfast(overly Expensive) of Rs. 170, consisting 3 Aloo Parantha, 2 Chai, was tasting like it was made from Left overs from last night.Lastly before check out, the Receptionist asks for my Phone so as to check out from Hotel in Oyo App, and in this Process, he gives himself a 5 Star Rating on OYO.Overall was too Poor, Wish i had Option to Give 0 Ratings, even 1 is too much.PS. Stay away from this Hotel.

This is not a hotel, its just a home stay with bad and poor staff.Hotel forces for extra money if Any guest come to meet you in front of guest.My stay was worst and never suggest anyone for this garbage hotel.

The hotel staff was good. Stay was overall ok. However the door knob and lock was a big time waster. During checkout the receptionist asked for my mobile and tried to rate the hotel himself. This trend should not continue. I don’t find any reason to do this way. The hotel staff needs to maintain privacy of the guests.

Never book this hotel. They are cheaters. I book through agoda and paid online before check in. They didnt allow us to check in at night 9pm. They give reason that they dont get money from agoda. We asked for availability of room and charges irrespective of our booking. They quoted three times higher. We tried to negotiate so he came down to 1000 for night and asked us not to cancel agoda booking. It meqns they get money from agoda. Complete scandal. Beware of these idiots....

Worst stay ever, i would recommend not to stay here, i wish that there should be negative ranking also, reception staff is so much rude to us, they dont even offer water to drink at the time of check-in, and also impolite to us, they dont treat like guests. secondly rooms are OK but they dont have power backup and washrooms are smelly. And at time of lunch we ordered but we want to change our order within a minute then they replied very rudely that we will not change and also they take food from outside shops. And yes one of my friends came to meet then they said that we have to pay for meet. i was like what the hell! but still i was calm because we were in another city. Room service for water is not available at this property they said guest have to take by own from water-cooler. But yes one of the good thing is that this property is nearest to ISBT. at the end i would like to recommemd that not to stay at this property.

Disgusting staff. Very rude & unadjusting. Very normal rooms, but the manager/owner lacked even basic manners to talk, forget about being courteous to a customer. Dont go here with family or even alone.
