Though situated on the main road leading to Dehradun Railway station, this place is an apology for a hotel. Paan stained towels(changed thrice), rooms full of ants, dirty floors, water accumulated on the washroom floor, unresponsive staff, non-functional kitchen/ restaurant, the list is endless.....The one star is only for the reception and location. Guests expect basic/minimum facilities for the money paid. Not recommended at all.....better facilities available nearby

Value for money, but the management could keep the room cleaner. The floor wasnt properly broomed. They can also keep two or three tissue papers. Also bathroom door mat was rough and doesnt serve the purpose. Otherwise, its a decent place.

Thanks to go ibibo i got the room at around 600. And the rooms were so neat and tidy. Staff was really cooperative.

The management was good and cooperative, but getting service was really tough, one had to call to their landline numbers in the restaurant from the mobile phone of the customer staying in the hotel for ordering food water and other services. Landline was present in the room but it was not working at all, calling Bell was also present but it was disconnected so there was no way to call a person for service other than calling from a mobile phone.

Room is Good but lack of proper soap (actually very cheap and small soap only), hanging stand in Almira , hot water even in summer, I give 3 star as service as they given.

Only one thing is good for this hotel is near to dehradun railway station. In spite of that their room, bathroom are very dirty even bed, bathroom bucket everythings is extremely dirty. No power backup, intercom is dead. Door lock is also damage always room are unlock. Overall this hotel is not prefer to stay with family or friends.Today I have faced all the problems.
