The salon is neat and tidy and caters all major services..the staff is courteous and polite..u can pre book your appointment to avoid the waiting time generally during festive time..still more staff is required to manage the rush...but the service is very good..

This salon is a part of cloud 9 group which is known for quality services in Dehradun city. It is located in Times Square Mall which is a new mall in the city of Dehradun. The size of salon is not big but it can serve three-four customers at one time. Behaviour of staffs are good and they work in good way and ask for the opinion of customers before starting the work of hair cut, facial, rebounding, face massage and other related work and services. As the mall is a new one where this branch has been opened, it does not remain crowded much in comparison to others. Prices wise, the services are good and affordable. It is well connected through Road and can be easily reached here. overall a good service salon.

Very bad experience, i did my haircut from there just a simple layer cut and d guy totally ruined it. I had really gud exp at Cloud 9 main branch but this branch has really most unexperienced guys deputed. M really disappointed.
