Very bad bank. People of bank doesnt know how to talk with customer. Staff of the bank is literally uneducated and untrained too and gives false information to customers. So please I recommend dont go and deal with this bank. I suffered a lot.
Banks branches are established to give better services to the customers, but the ballupur branch of IDFC bank had not at all resolved our issues. they were just circulating different numbers while we were trying to contact them to resolve our issue. then after getting 7-8contact numbers after two months we came to know that the issue will not be resolved by them.very bad services and customer dis-orientation.
Very bad and slow customer service.Computers are not working problem.Staff is not co-operative.Very shamefull.
Bank employees dont have manners to talk
Very coustomer unfriendlyI have been trying to get in contact with the manager of the bank, have been trying that from 5 days, every time i walk in the bank they tell me the manager is not present and the bank servers are not working,Kindly look into my issue I have travelled from other state just for the banks work, which is on halt due to their service.
