I have an account at some other branch and wanted to open an account here as it is close to my fathers place. Went there and first decided to withdraw some money. There was a queue and there is also access to ATM from within the bank. People kept queuing up from inside the bank while I waited outside. Finally I also moved inside. Within 5 minutes an employee comes and tells me to wait outside due to privacy reasons. I guess privacy only matters once in a while and not always.Good thing is, I experienced this before opening the account. So now I am in no way connected to this branch.
