Hdfc bank nice bank and time to time provided loan in all format,thank you for all bank staff (member)

Every time my installment debit is on every 6th. Date but last January didnt debit.... And i also have mony in mu account.. So can tell me. Whats happening...

The Rajpur Road, Dehradun branch has become one of the worst branches of HDFC bank. It used to be a good branch but the customer service of this branch has gone down drastically during last 5 years ! If you go to the branch and observe quietly for 30 minutes, you will come across a fish market scenario ! Everything is in chaos ! There is no proper system ! I have been a NRI customer of this branch for the last 20 years. I can give maximum one star out of five stars. Horrible !

This people even don’t deserve 1 star I was calling from international number all I was getting dear customer welcome to HDFC bank

( inconvenience ) here always for daily deposit, almost everyday they say server not working I think they were taking situation for granted dont know whats the bank manager is focusing on customer service is zero

Management have to see that why there is low rating by many customers in this particular branch

I have been here few times and everytime the experience has been very very bad. None of the staff behaves properly and their ego is on top of Burj Khalifa

Very poor service ..staff is good for nothing..goverment bank is better than hdfc rajpur road branch..i filled application form for opening nre account ..one month is passed still account is not opened.and branch also fail to track status of account.very u professional people dont have knowledge cannot satisfies customer querry.

Verry bad....wrong Cradit card given to me certainly i tried to call no contact number was working ....i was trying with online site then just IVR is talking with me....

Wrong Location. This branch is at dilaram chowk.

It is a very bad response time, all their claims are airborne, and do not ask the employees and officials, how many are there, they make people spin around by backing them, I only get my loan from another bank HDFC I had to transfer and it took six to 7 months, but till now it could not give my bank a check of BT even though my registry had arrived 4 days ago, do not pick up the phone now and again from Nainital to Dehradun It is not possible to come, I have destroyed the 14-day CL in their affair, yet, even after 7 months, the loan has not been transferred even though all the documents are my OK.

I took home loan from Madan Raj Bhatt Dehradun Vikas Nagar, I have never received any money from the time. I have to call the phone again and again. Branch member Ponka is not happy with the service of my home branch Panta HDFC Bank. I do not want to ask my staff to take my money. The problem should not be so that the laborers are doing my homework when they come to my house.
