Great and quick services. I had a snag in my camera and my shutter button wasnt working. I gave it for a repair and maintenance.The camera was sent the service center in Mumbai and was returned within 10 days. I was informed at every step and a call was given for every step of the repair

Service is good but staff behavior is not good

This is not a service centre, this only collection centre of Canon, they will collect your product (s) for repair and send the product(s) for repair to master service center which is located in Noida.As Canon is a big brand, there is no decoration and facilities. ILL give 1 star.

They dont fix out the camera problems out here locally , they just send it to Delhi to the big service centre and then they call you and give yu detail about its charges and all. Means for all minor to major work they will forward it to delhi centre and later they will ask for the transferring charge rs200

Theyre not repairing any camera or other products by themselves, they just pass it on to other Master Service centre ( Delhi )... its better to Go directly Master service centre.. which will save your time. (They also takes around 15-20days)
