There was a street dog outside my house, named Blacky. Her leg was crushed by a car. I admitted her to the clinic, but my parents did not let me see her again. I kept on contacting and messaging the clinic, to be sure that my dog is still alive or not, they are always saying that to check, you have to come here. I am in class 9th, so I cannot come now, and there is no one to take me there. I contacted them on 24th, and on 25th, they sent a vehicle and they aggressively threw my dog in the van. I never saw her... if anyone from the clinic is reading my review, please let me know if shes alive, I will grateful to you for the rest of my life, thank you... (I have attached her photo)

Found a cat who was in a lot of pain. Took her to raahat and Im amazed by their dedication towards getting street animals better. The doctor and his assistants were very helpful and professional. Without any questions or expectations raahat took the cat in and kept her at their facility for as long as she took to recover. I would urge people to donate to them. They are doing gods work and I have personally seen how genuine and dedicated they are.

My friend adopted puppy from this NGO a month ago. She was surely having some health conditions but doctor did not shared any info with us. They told not to give milk to the puppy. They charged every fee - Adoption charges, Vaccine charges hight rates. But never told about her health condition. Now puppy is no more and we are in lot of grief. She could have been saved on time if we had any idea of her illness.This was purely irresponsible behaviour of NGO and doctor. I dont know whether it was for making money or something selfish reason. But a life is not saved and this is not acceptable 😡😡😡😡

Before you think of any pun while replying to this review...Being an NGO you guys are doing a good job ...But the elephant in the room is hiding medical condition of a pup which was adopted a few weeks ago..You are making a mockery out of a new born lost soul and on top of that metally harassing someone for some illness ...I believe you know how serious it is..Intent is just to make sure this dosent happen again with anyone.

I was told about raahat by one of my friends. A dog near my house was suffering from a skin infection. I shared pictures with raahat helpline over watsapp. They responded within 15 minutes and told me medication for the dog. It was a single administration drug and the dog started showing improvement within 2 days. Today he is healthy, playing around actively and feeding well. Infact they even followed up with me. I am extremely grateful to raahat for the help. You responded promptly and never charged anything for all your guidance. I have no words to thank you.

Yesterday I called Raahat in the evening but could not get through. Eventually i picked up the dog and took him to Raahat. Its important that we understand that NGOs do not exist in a vaccum and we must all participate in rescue and relief operations. Street animals are responsibility of the entire community not just an NGO

I adopted a puppy she was initially having some or the other medical issues which was never been diagnosed by Rahat doctors instead they always told that she is fine. Whenever asked that by any chance does she has liver issue straight away they told no and asked us not to feed milk as she is small which makes no sense because I checked with two other doctors and unfortunately I was late and I lost my puppy.I called them several times for this emergency no one picked the call no one called back.Is it really a dog welfare NGO because thats a wrong name for them.Heartless NGO, money minded.****************************************************Oh finally got a response from someone from so called NGO , thank goodness there is someone who is so concerned with the reviews so I got a reply.Since I called 15 times in the morning at the time of emergency and got no response.Yeah definitely I need a speedy recovery really disheartened by the loss of my puppy , I wish I could have actually took her to a real doctor rather than fraud degree holders at this NGO ..And I could really feel how less these reviews are affecting you and will affect your so called NGO.

That upon approaching with a grievance regarding stray dog to RAAHAT. The ground reality of the NGO is far from all the fame and commitment it brodcasts. When we approached raahat for a stray dog having an injury and flesh eating maggots inside. The response was drastically disappointing. Our calls were avoided , after many calls from different numbers they refused any admission on grounds that they dont have any doctor who can attend such a dog. No help couldnt be sought from this NGO on requests made.But finally another small NGO named HEALING SAATHI came to rescue. Very small NGO but diligent towards there commitment to rescue.

Doctor uttam is nice and gentle . It was nearly impossible to save my pitbull it got pearced by fence and one was so deep it touched large intestine of my dog but thnks to Dr uttam he saved my dogs life

I was introduced to Rahat few months back by a relative who takes all his community dogs for treatment and surgery there. On his advice, I took my 3 year old labrador after having spent lot of money at one of the fancy clinics with no result. Bella had a neurological disorder and vet at Rahat explained everything in great detail before starting the treatment. Not only is Bella doing very well but she has since then been sterilised as well along with two of my resident cats. The most amazing is that they provide quality treatment at the lowest possible charges. By far the best clinic in the city! I called the NGO when i found an injured calf drowning slowly in a road side naala. I just wanted someone who can provide an extra pair of hands to help pick her up. It was a rainy weekend lockdown night all the shops were closed and no one was willing to stop and help. This person from Raahat NGO denied straightaway to help in any way and asked me not to waste his time. This calfs mother was in defensive mode and i alone couldnt save her. She died.This mother cow layed next to her baby and i left for home drenched and heartbroken.
