It park is the place with nice view...well maintained..it comes under sidcul and has proper guards on both its gates...it is spread in almost 2 km to 3 km of the area...the weather always remains good in summers as well as winters..you will even find people walking in the evening time with their family and children..it holds alot of companies in itself not a residential area at all.

All MNCs are inside it.Best for running people..!!

This is good place to relaxing. As I worked here for 3 year in a company, so employees used to walk inside the area to relax or spend time with colleagues with naturally attached environment as this place have plants around the corner of road and also in mid. Clean and comfortable area for morning and evening walk for locality.

The condition of IT park Dehradun is bad. Its not maintained at all. The IT park Dehradun is full or government banks there are very few IT companies, you can count them on the fingers. You can see cattles roaming and grazibg, people coming for morning and evening walks. The IT park Dehradun has no dustbin, no employees to clean it up. The condition of IT park becomes too dirty on Rainey seasons. The govt. Should do something for proper lighting and draining of the IT Park. The IT park Dehradun is not worth rating at all
