This is my first vivo phone after using samsung for years. Due to wrong screen guard someone put on my phone I was not able to hear calls properly . The entire vivo staff was so helpful and courteous. I have never experienced such a wonderful customer service before.

Vivi service center , all vivo phone are serviced here in minimum time , sitting facility is available here , but there is no queue system here so you need to be careful about your turn , the place is under cctv surveillance . Service center is situated at third floor of this plaza and you have to take lift which is situated at parking or ground floor.
