Pathetic sweets.. the rasmalai, mixed & motichoor laddo which i had ordered appeared to be stale..n the rasmalai had a foul smelling coming out of it. I urge u all to look for better options like kumar & anandam.

It is a beautiful place to visit. The staff is really sweet. The ambience is brilliant. The food quality is really brilliant. They even take orders for the food that you want to get specially made for you even if it is not in the menu that is a really good thing. We ordered masala dosa and chole bhature and some sweets, masala dosa wasnt good but chole bhature was brilliant and sweets were great too. I would recommend people to eat the hot jalebi here, it costed me 90 rupees for 250 grams of jalebi and it tasted amazing.

Kachori was stale and smelling like a thrash..Such a pathetic food quality staff is not at all courteous .. owners simply dont want to listen and dont take calls .. shame on such kind of food joints for providing such stale and cheap quality food

This place famous for sweets but food was amazing. I tried this once and it was outstanding. Butter pander is very good, nan is also very soft as compared to others. Tadka daal is very tasty. The parking place is also available every time.staffs are very cool and trained. Menu is also under budget. I recommend to try this place.

These people are theives. I brought 21 boxes of sweets for my brothers wedding from them. They promised me the box would weigh 1.2 kg (with 1 kg sweets); however, when I checked the boxes they weighed 900 grams each (only 700 gram sweets). I contacted them and they told me it was a mistake at their end and that they would refund me the amount. Till date its been a month and they refused to refund the balance amount (INR 4700 for the 21 boxes). Im raising a complaint in the Consumer Court against these thieves - wont let them go easy. Writing this elaborate review to beware fellow netizens from these thieves.

I had ordered 25 sweet boxes of 1 KG each from them. They had explicitly told me that each box is going to weight 1.12 KG (1KG content, 120 gram empty box). I asked them to pack it and keep a package ready that I will come and collect. I was carrying the package to Hyderabad. When I deposited the package for web checkin I was shocked to see that the total weight of the package was around 24 KG, while it should have been 28KG as per our deal. When I reached home, I took weight of all the 25 sweet boxes individually, I was shocked to see that none of the boxes weighted even 1 KG while it should have been 1.12 KG. I called the owner and confronted it, but she was too arrogant instead of acknowledging her mistake she started abusing me instead. This was very frustrating and embarrassing for us to gift these partially filled looking boxes to our guests. (Image attached). Please avoid visiting this store.This store is being operated by a bunch of thugs who are very unprofessional to deal with. I am sure they must be scamming every other customer like this. I had a very good experience at Gulab Sweets in Delhi, but the Dehradun store is a big NO for me.

Had a very pathetic experience with Gulab Sweets Rajpur road. We ordered a dozen boxes of sweets for my brother’s wedding. I trusted them because i had good experiences with Gulab sweets in Delhi in the past. But looks like this Rajpur road branch is run by a group of thugs (with the rude lady owner as their leader) who want to loot unsuspecting customers by using the hard earned name of Gulab sweets in Delhi. When we received the boxes, we were shocked to see that most of the boxes were only half filled with sweets. As expected the rude lady owner didn’t pay any heed to our requests/ complains. Would advise everyone to stay away from these cheaters. Anandam sweets is much better.

. I had ordered 1 kg Kaju katli from this store, when I reached home and opened the box, I was shocked to see that the box was not completely filled. I then got the weight of the box measured at a nearby grocery store, I was shocked to see that the total weight of the box(including sweets and empty box) was only 890 grams. These guys had charged me for 1 KG sweets excluding the weight of the empty box. When I confronted the store ownwer about it, she refused to accept that there was a mistake by the persons in charge. She instead started accusing me of lying. She was very arrogant and rude. I had a very good experience at gulab sweets in Delhi, but the Rajpur road franchise is being run by crooks. They are spoiling the name of Gulaab sweets brand.

We had a harrowing experience with Gulab Sweets Rajpur road. Based on good reviews of Gulab Sweets, we hired them to provide sweets in a wedding in our family. We didnt even negotiate with them on the price. Our only ask from them was to provide us good quality sweets filled in decent looking boxes. They promised us everything will be taken care of and assured us that have a lot of experience of such kind. We believed in them but were shocked to see the final sweet boxes contained only 700 grams sweets despite us giving them payment for 1 kg. Instead of putting 4 sweets in a line, they managed with only 3. The boxes were looking very shabby and despite us giving them the full amount, it appeard as if we have deliberately given our friends and relatives half filled boxes to save money. Despite this ordeal, the owners behavior was very arrogant and she didnt accept her mistake - forget about refund (after all we had already paid the money in full). Would advise fellow citizens to not allow these people to spoil your prestige in the society. I believe the good reviews on internet are for Gulab Sweets New Delhi. These people at rajpur road have taken a franchisee but the owner doesnt know how to respect customers and run a business - shes just trying to milk the cow riding on the name of Gulab.

Visited this place while going to Mussoorie and must say they have great Taste for both sweets & their food! Tried south indian, punjabi &Rasmali, Shahi Tukda- Loved all the dishes. Good Service😊

Had aloo Puri service was good ND food quality was also good.

We visited this place for family dinner. Ordered some food, but they took a zillion years to bring the food to table. Once the food finally arrived, I was disgusted to find a cockroach inside Dal Tadka. I was very furious and questioned the owner (the lady that sits at the front counter). To add to my frustration, the lady started talking foul to us and wasnt willing to listen. At the end, I told her that Ill file a consumer complaint against her. She said I have a lot of lawyers, theyll handle it. I will never visit this place again and would advise everyone to leave this place and the uncivil owner alone.

I had been going to Gulab- Mithai Shop and restaurant since my gurgoan days, love there gulab petals chikkies and gajaks which they expertise in.Have been Gulab customer for my weekend dine outs or whenever my wife refuses to cook :)I wasnt sure the Gulab in dehradun would be the same but yesterday I had a evening bite with pav Bhajji felt nostalgic and impressed.The place was clean tidy, well maintained ,well lit , soothing calm atmosphere and great place to dine with family and friends.Highly recommend will come back soon with family.
