Excellent room service & cooperation from management staff was up to star hotel levels...would like to visit more

AC was not working, but was resolved within moments by them.Working TV. Working Wi-Fi. Hot cold water available. Room was spacious and clean. Washroom too was tidy. Room had a good ambience. Would definetly recommend to stay.

Service is very bad. Their behaviour seems that they are not willing to carry the luggage to the room and they put my laptop bag in the floor. Very baad.

I checked in with my wife at around 11 pm.when we walked in there was no one in the reception and the security guard was watching TV. He found someone to show us the room and took copies of our ID. Around an hour later (12 am) in the midnight the receptionist calls and asks for our marriage certificate. it was by pure chance that we had a pic of it in my wifes phone. Otherwise they would have asked us to vacate the room at that hour. Seriously! MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE. We have been married 2 yrs now, not a single hotel has asked for it before.The room was old but spacious. AC was cooling. There was no bottle water and kettle provided in the room.Bathroom was neat but the only aminity provided was a soap and shampoo and one bath towel for double occupancy. No moisturizer loofah etc....Not worth the money paid.On check out the staff in the reception were busy talking loudly with each other regarding some banquet.Pathetic service.

As usual no TV remote will work in hotels4. Its a decent place to stay. From my view... Kerala has got their own preparation of quality water by adding few herbs for drinking purpose, which is missing and they themselves asked (forced) us to buy some branded water bottle. Also, there were some few hairs on the table and chairs, which might be because of using of same wet clothes for cleaning purpose, I guess so...

Clean room and bathroom.polite and cooperative staff.from roof top in house restaurant sea view can be enjoyed.food is good but options are limited and you have to order minimum one hour before to have your dish.location is very nice just opposite light house sea beach.however it is 10 minite walking distance from car parking/auto or taxi stand.although it is applicable for all sea beach side hotel.no access upto hotel reception by car.you have to walk only.hotel has arrangement of trolly for shifting of laguage at free of cost.before ariving you may call them for arranging trolly and they will send their representetive to your parking point for direction to hotel and for trolly.wifi is available.in my ground floor room signal was not reaching.from very morning you will get hot water.toiletories are not there in bathroom.lots of shop and restaurants are available just outside hotel along sea beach.but they are quite expensive.ambience of the hotel is very good.perfect for couple and family

I visited this hotel in Jan 2012 with family and relatives and have fond memories of the place. We booked three rooms at the price of Rs 1500 each. The hotel justifies its name in all parameters . The rooms are copious, the service meticulous. The buffet breakfast at Rs 100 per person was excellent. Overall a satisfying experience.

Decent stay. Neat rooms n clean toilet. But not the most modern n sparkling stuff. Restaurant needs big improvement.

Reception guys are friendly. rooms are good and value for money. only issue was TV not working during all 2 days stay. despite of so many reminder they hadnt came to room, given excuses that cable operations issues. but other rooms TV were working. its my first bad experience in Hotel Excellence.

The hotel is located in the prime area. Gives easy access to public transport as well as an option to cover a lot of places by foot. The property is presently undergoing renovations, therefore if you get the top floor be prepared for the drilling sound. However they ensure the work is stopped in the evening. The property is maintained well. Room is spacious and bathroom too. For a traveller to spend a night and the ones looking for a place to sleep and freshen up, this is ideal. They provide basic bath kit, with a soap and shampoo. A bottle of water and two towels. The star amenity has to be 24/7 hot water supply without having to request for it at odd hours. The staff is polite and ready to help at all time.

This is an average budget hotel.. for one day for bachelors it is okay. One advantage is that sough railway station and metro station is walkable is near by.

There is no parking facility and the overall ambiance is very poor and no maintenance

Budget hotel with basic facilities given decently. Good for short business trip stays. Breakfast is really good. Worth the special tariff they offered us. Also very economical one day laundry service is so helpful when we work all during the day and late evening.

Decent rooms for the price. The only complaint I have is That the sheets need thorough cleaning. I had to ask the room service to change my sheets twice because they were slightly stained. Also room service was slow, as I had to wait for some time before someone would come to check up on the room, and some more time before they actually got me what I need. Other than that the food is pretty good here

Rooms were neat and clean. Its in the main area. Easily accessible to metro station. Tariff is normal. House keeping was good. All the staffs were pleasant. Stay was comfortable.

The hotel authorities failed to give me an invoice for my stay. They will try to fool you by saying the voucher u received from travel website itself is the invoice. I received the manually refilled water bottle also. Not even a bathroom towels were also provided. Very pity management. Felt sorry for staying there. No value for money here.

Clean and Tidy, Value for money, Good for family. I went with my family and we are 6 members and booked 2 rooms. Rooms are compact as other reviewers had commented but, I believe it is sufficient for the money I paid. You cannot roam inside the room freely if more than 2 adults stay but, it would not matter if you are not going to spend the entire day in the room. Food quality is very good but, a bit pricey. Overall I am very much satisfied with a good nights sleep. I would recommend this hotel for all.

Good for 1 or 2 night stay in cochin and the rates are reasonable5. They provide good food for people to stay.Sure its recommended

Had an unpleasant stay at this place, where I had booked a room for 3.Non of basic amenities were provided and I had to request multiple time to even get a bathroom soap!The staff has no courtesy towards there client!! I would have given a 0 out of 5 if I had an option to do that !!

Quite clean and tidy for a good price. We were in the AC rooms. Also the staff were very friendly as many others in this part of Kerala. My only complaint was that theyd painted the cupboard fresh so it smelt a bit in the room. I informed them while leaving and the staff accepted it. Also the switch for exhaust fan in the bathroom is outside the room. We needed their guidance to switch it off as it was very loud. They could put a switch inside.

Good stay, good neighbourhood, reasonable cost of food - no much variation from outside, clean rooms and washroom , but there are mosquitoes in the room and when asked for - hotel provided mosquito repellents.

This a nice hotel room are average, old style.... but you cant complain... the really excitement was there restaurant below, they have the best fish meals... its truly unforgettable experience... its very close to the kadamat office for Kuwait medical screen... its at walkable.

The staff are very welcome. This is a place for family looking for mid range hotel at prime location, near mg road. Dont look for other options if its fits your budget.

Location of this tourist home was at a appropriate place near to the main road. They served us well & it was really satisfying accommodation. Though the room is not much spacious.

An old but good hotel to stay..but no complimentary breakfast,morning newspaper or drinking water..toiletries provided were a substandard soap and shampoo..the room was not kept clean after last persons stay(Apple peels were there over floor)..other than this nice location,good cordial staff ,good food at restaurant downstairs.Overall I will recommend this place as nice place to stay

The hotel is just 5mins walk away from Ernakulam south station,which is s major plus wrt location. We booked a std non-ad room and the room was clean. The ambience of the hotel is very GOOD. Not to forget, the restaurant is great and the staff are very amicable. The overall stay was pleasant and I recommend this hotel for both budget travellers and for the high end too.

This hotel is centrally located...it is located near Jos Jn...its around 500kms from Ernakulam South station (Kochi railway station)...and around 2.5kms from Marine drive...The hotel is quite decent...however all rooms are not having ac...but on upgradation it is available...the rooms are a bit old school types however to spend a night or two it is great...however, Kochi being a humid place it is advisable to take a room with ac...wifi is free in all the rooms...though service is choppy...washroom are pretty good compared to the rooms...There is a free parking facility also...though breakfast is not free...There is a free baggage storage area also in the hotel...they have an attached restaurant as well...The staff in the hotel is very professional as well as helpful...especially at the front desk...there is also a concierge desk attached to the front office area...They have a complimentary one bottle of water per guest per day...

The hotel is very near to Ernakulam Railway Station and is in a good location. The boat Jetty for going to Fort Kochi, Mattancherry, Vypin Islands etc by Ferry as well as the Marine Drive is in close proximity from the hotel. The room provided was clean and service was also satisfactory. Food quality of the attached restaurant was delicious.

Last week me & my family had stayed here for 3 nights, Room was excellent, neat clean except the staff, particularly the front office. At the time of check out i got shocked they have over charged me Rs. 1079.25 for the extra person, as per the deal, the price was all inclusive, I have noticed the same to the front office executive by showing the email which I have received form one Mr. Saji Joseph, the front office executive never ever paid attention to me and was very rude to me & he was not ready to listen...I have never ever face this kind of a rude behavior from a hotel front office executive in my life, may be this is the hotel policy I am no one to comment on it.Please think twice before making a booking in this hotel.And now they have blocked my Email id too… what hospitality….
