I booked a Coral Floor in 2013 and paid in full. I made several trips from U.S. to Ludhiana to take the possesion. The property was never ready. Last time in 2018, We made a special trip for possesion. Found the property vandelized and the glass door broken, all the A/C systesm stolen, Kitchen hood and other fixtures removed. There was only one family living on the third floor few buildings away. Also screaming at the IREO personal for security. I have paid more than 65 Lakhs - including update amount. But none of the updates were there. I tried the communication with the management but there is no resolution. I had the impression that IREO was one of the top construction and development company, I remain surprised.Dave Seehra

Very beautiful place but no development is there and very few people around. stay safe from burglurs.

I visited this place just for the dog show. This is a pretty big area. Large enough for parking and large gatherings. Dog show was excellent but this place can be utilize for many such gatherings.
