This bank offers among the worst services I have experienced. When I went to open my NRI account , 5 different people reached out to me to buy their investment plans. But No one bothered to open my account. Even after 2 months of submitting my documents they didnt open my account. Worst part is, they stopped responding on emails and calls. I dont trust them, I found their employees as childish and immature. Money hungry kind of....

Worst branch worst service worst people I account running from last 4 years in Delhi branch it was going good but the time when I shifted my home branch to this worst branch of saharanpur I started getting issues like I can’t be able to do multiple transactions every time they freeze accounts without any reason

My csn took a loan in 2018 and I want to close my loan account they refuse to close my loan account as they said loan payments are not being processed during COVID19... While other banks are doing it...So i wont be paying interest from tody as i came in ur branch to submit.. U refuse it

This is the most incompentent bank branch I have ever dealt with. There is no staff , nobody takes up the complaint. The branch head is even worse. He doesnt pick up the call of the customers and also doesnt take up complaints.I have tons of issues which are still pending and havent been resolved even after repeated complaints to the head office.Will suggest everyone to plz dont open the bank account in this branch specifically as the staff is just terrible here.Thanks and regardsAtharv

Worst service ever.Closed my bank account just because of this fraud guy in this branch, he opened my new account(just to fill his targets) and didnt close previous account. Enabled my demat account on its own and deducted charges. then on closure, gave a form to fill where i have to sign that, there are no charges deducted by axis bank in name of demat account. Its like taking money from someone and giving them form to sign saying Axis bank has not taken any money from meTHEY ARE FRAUD.I had worst experience with all branches of Axis bank. 2 other are-Noida branchKonappana Agrahara branch, BangaloreBOYCOTT AXIS! STAY HAPPY!

Poor Customer Service from officials of this branch. I gave them one year to get my PPF transferred from IDBI bank but still they arent able to do so. Its better to open account in HDFC or ICICI Saharanpur. Those branches provide better support also.
